Okay so theres this fairly high profile twitch streamer I watch frequently that I just realized is a repressed MtF (most likely AGP typology.) I'm like 110% sure of it. I've been watching them for awhile and I always had my suspicions that they were trans due to certain things they would do on stream, but until today I would always downplay my suspicions as just projections of my own transness onto them.
However, today I saw a video involving them that without a shadow of a doubt confirms what I've suspected all along. The matter is extra important / sensitive because they are already close to passing without HRT and would surely pass if they transitioned sooner rather than later.
The problem is, I'm also fairly certain they don't realize they are trans yet / or are still fairly closeted. There is no realistic way I could contact them because of how much spam / fan mail they probably already receive so I'm at a loss for what to do. How do I make them realize they are trans and save their lives from the inevitable struggle that is transitioning late?

Well it all started when I realized they seemed to not mind being gendered female by donators in their messages, that was red flag number one, I didn't think too much of this at the time though so bear with me.
The second instance was when they cross dressed on stream and seemed to really enjoy it, like really enjoy it, thats when I started thinking they might be trans.
The third red flag was when I saw a video of them accidentally showing stream MtF porn they had been looking at I'm guessing before they streamed or something. All of these things by themselves don't really seem like much but when you take all of that into account to me it's pretty obvious that they are repressed AGP trans, right?
Maybe I'm still projecting too hard but these examples I've provided seem to be a pretty common traits among MtFs i've observed on this board.

I'm still on hormones, but I doubt social transition will ever happen. I just wish SRS didn't have the social transition requirement. I mean, I still have dysphoria, but going out as a hulk in women's clothes in order to get a SRS letter isn't going to solve it. Hrt, SRS and hair removal can at least alleviate it somewhat.

I went ftm and then back to femme non-binary. My life is no worse for it. My body is slightly different now, but I like it this way better anyway. I still have dysphoria sometimes but it isn't too severe.
The worst part is how much of a retard you look like when you're like "you know how I was going to transition to the opposite sex because that's who I am inside... Well not so much anymore."

How do you get estradiol valerate with a higher concentration than 10mg/ml, ideally 40mg/ml?
Asking because I want to do two 20 mg injections weekly, but I don't want to do that by injecting 4 ml a week so I can minimize damage to injection sites. It seems to me the only way to do that would be a prescription, but
