If gender is just a social construct based around the stereotypes and expectations of a biological sex, why do transgender people feel the need to undergo cosmetic surgery to look more like the other biological sex? What's wrong with being a biological female who just relates more to the gender expectations of a male?

Hello, I'm a dude that has a purely sexual fetish style attachment to being a girl. I wear the clothes, do makeup, even got a bikini tan line all in the pursuit of getting off. I can't live my life as a lady, however. There are just too many factors that are stopping me.

So according to the C.O.G.A.I.T.I test I am 60% Male and 40% female. This isn't enough to make me transgender, but it enough to give me some gender dysphoria from time to time. I'm sitting here in my garters, leggings, and lacy panties while I type this, because my 40% female is expressing itself now. Does anyone else have the 60-40 split, if so, how do you manage, do you just do drag shows at the local gay club? Have you found a partner that likes gender play? I'm 95% straight, and sort of ashamed of this side of me. I'm trying to find something that will satisfy this side of me, or help ease it's common emergences. Any thoughts? I can never understand what's going on in the mind of a conservative gay bottom.

Where I live it's not uncommon to find conservative gay people, probably because that's how they were raised. But unlike the liberal and apolitical gays I've met up with, all the conservative ones ever talk about is politics. It seems like every few sentences they have to make some kind of reference or joke related to politics. Is their brain stuck in some kind of loop? Do they not enjoy anything else in life?

I've initially had encounters where I actually voiced opposition to their opinions straight away, which obviously never ends well and is a waste of my time, so I stopped. I then started basing my reaction on how they looked. If they were ugly, I'd make up an excuse and just leave. If they looked fuckable, I would play along, tease them into dropping their drawers, give them a legitimate hate fuck, then send them on their way. If they seemed like a particularly big asshole, I'd give them the hatefuck and then call them out on their politics afterward, which usually results in some cringe.

I don't really feel remorse for taking advantage of them. All they really have to do is keep their mouths shut. I don't care what your politics are when we're obviously meeting up to fuck.

So basically I don't really like how my face looks, and I've been wanting to gain weight to fill it out. I'm 5'7'' or 5'8'' and around 120 pounds. Now my waist is really small compared to my bust and hips, and I actually think I have a "perfect figure" in terms of measurements. So I'm worried that if I go on my weight gain quest just to help fix my face, it's going to make my waist/hip ratio worse or just make my body look more twinkhon-esque. Is this actually a concern I should have? Or am I exaggerating the risks?
