Is it working any? I used to alternate days from 100 to 500 calories and repeat and was decently skinny. But eventually got forced out of it and gained more than triple my weight.

Knowing I'm getting on hormones soon is really making me want to return to extreme calorie cutting again so the hormones will have a greater effect.
