So I've been out as mtf for almost a year and a half. on hormones. I think I've made progress. I like how I look. I'm back and forth on whether I should go on. It's permanent. I know but I can handle being androgynous it's just I've been saving I can either start going full women or get my boobs removed. How should I tackle these thoughts?

'Sup, /lgbt/. I have a question for you.
I was born and currently live in Russia. I am a gay man. And I'd like to ask all the gays who live in the USA: how is the situation for lgbt people in your country?
You see, I want to come to the USA. Maybe I'll enter some uni or colleague, maybe I'll find a work there. It's just, I can't stand living in Russia. I'm tired of not being able to just live here. Though I can say, that my friends are beautiful and understaning people, who I came out to, I still think, that I won't be able to find a relationship here. Most gays in Russia are closeted, and they only are looking for sex. But I can't live like that. I want a boyfriend, who I will love, and who will love me back. Almost like a family, lol, though I don't like an idea of gay marriage.
Is it possible to find something like that in the USA? Or is it just me and my stupid unreal fantasies?

My country is very accepting of lgbts. We have nearly full equality (Fed job protection, marriage, etc.) Depending on what state you move to, you can have an amazing life as an openly gay man.
The kicker is: Our government.
I'm sure you know we recently elected a new president. President Donald Trump himself has shown support for legal marriage, however his Vice President and a good amount of his cabinet has a deplorable record when it comes to lgbt rights. There is a chance some rights we fought hard for may disappear.
