How do I know if I actually pass or if people are just being nice to me? Not going to post a pic, but I'll list some evidence for and against.

for:
-been hit on by several guys who call themselves straight
-an SJW once told me that I "shouldn't speak about trans issues because I'm not trans"
-female friends once started talking to me about their period like I would be able to relate
-ex-marine dude in one of my classes has occasionally said transphobic stuff right to my face. he always seems to expect me to laugh afterward like he just told a funny joke
-whenever I'm playing an online game, people on my team often go "oh shit, there's a girl on our team"
-posted my face in a rate thread on /soc/, and people gave me a 10/10. earlier in the thread, the same posters called out another trans woman, so I doubt they were just being nice to me

neutral:
-guys seem to look at me when I go out. this could be because they're checking me out or because they're clocking me
-when I had shorter hair, one classmate thought I was a guy at first, but started apologizing profusely when another classmate pointed out his error. everyone was laughing at him and making fun of him for thinking that. I should also point out that he's a hardline right winger, and would have no reason to start properly gendering me if he actually clocked me

against:
-got misgendered once by a barista at Starbucks, but that was also back when I had shorter hair
-got misgendered by a guy playing CS:GO, but that was when I was on LSD and kept saying shit like "woah dude this gun is pink and shit"

Laws inhibiting or prohibiting citizens of the United States from changing the gender marker on their birth certificate are unconstitutional.

Under the First Amendment, the government is not allowed to compel one to speak what they disagree with or believe to be untrue, and it follows that if one wishes to amend the gender marker on their birth certificate they necessarily disagree with the marker as currently or previously listed.

Furthermore there is no positive law definition of gender under the U.S. Constitution. Appeals to natural law and the notion of an innate state of being a given gender are wholly inapplicable under the Constitution. Unless a legal precedent can be found that elevates gender as assigned above the First Amendment, there's no plausible legal defense that can be raised.

This lawsuit is ironclad and currently making rounds in the federal circuit. Expect any laws limiting consenting citizens from amending their birth certificates to be struck in the next three to five years and for all the bathroom bills across the country to follow.

Hey girls.

So I have always been into cross dressing as a fetish. It started with stealing panties and rubbing one out. Then over time I explored more. With hosiery, dresses, skirts shoes, bras, and such.

As time went on I added shaving and make up, the whole time only in private. I am quite secretive of it.

About 45 days ago I started hrt on my own. I am loving the changes: softer skin, small boobs budding, fat redistribution, being able to go more than a day without having the urge to masturbate.

But the one change I hate is the start of erectile dysfunction. I have always been into women, and my biggest fear is that one day I'll meet a great woman who likes me for who I am, but I won't be able to satisfy her sexually.

It really is a huge deal breaker for me. On one hand I love being feminine, and on the other I still want to be able to be the guy if I'm with a girl.
