I've told myself I'm going to call the informed consent clinic tomorrow everyday for 3 months now. I always end up saying I'll do it in 30 minutes or an hour over and over again until the day is over. I'll sit there and think about all my doubts and fears all day then at the end of the day when it's too late to call I just say to myself I'll call tomorrow. What the fuck is wrong with me why can't I do it?

Why would you want to do this? Do you think your decision was influenced by your environment/friends/upbringing or general norms, and, if so, then why so? Also, after experiencing the repercussions, do you regret your decisions?

As a biologically female person, my reason for liking women is a no brainer, really. They make me horny, men don't.
My reason for being FtM is that my female anatomy would feel about as intrusive as a stranger's hand down my pants. Except 24/7.
I could also tell I wasn't behaving like a woman should. Men acted like I was one of the dudes, women acted like I was a freak of nature.
When I transitioned to male, socializing was a lot more natural. There are repercussions, true. Transitioning is expensive, I won't be able to marry or ever have children, and finding a job or a place to live is a lot harder. But that's still way better than how alien and fucked up my body felt as a female.

My dad came out as gay 6 years ago, He went through the same phase as every other gay guy goes through. Came out, be a slut, get a boyfriend, break up and repeat.
I turned 18 and he forces me to watch gay movies, hiv/aids films, he keeps asking me to go to pride with him (i expressed my disapproval of gay pride on multiple occasions). He drags me to drag queen shows and events... blah blah blah
I date both guys and girls for the record but I don't like the gay community. I like playing with my motorbike, football, hunting so i'm totally not interested in the gay stuff.
I'm also diagnosed borderline but i am not nearly as clingy as my dad. He has so many friends but he keeps forcing me to do those gay related things with him, and by that i mean actually forcing me. If i refuse to go he'll make me feel bad about myself and push my diagnosis buttons
Do you guys have any advice? It was fun to go see a drag show with my dad 1 time but it's becoming too much.

Hey guys, normally I'm /v/ and /diy/ but I've got a serious question. Pic unrelated.
I'm a 34-year-old dad of 2 kids, a 13 year old boy and a 7 year old girl.
Recently my son, whom I previously taught how to shave his face, started (without any mention, I just noticed it) shaving his legs. I asked him about it, and something I should maintain is that his mother and I have tried to be a very open-to-life household. I definitely can't say I didn't find it strange, but I wasn't going to demand he do something unimportant with his own body.
He told me that it's becoming fashionable among boys his age to shave their legs and underarms (he showed us his as well). Apparently "the girls prefer it" and "none of the guys even like being so hairy"
When I was growing up body hair was a sign that you were finally becoming a man, I guess I just find it odd that such a previously-mainline thought process has gone by the wayside?
I'm not gonna pressure my son into letting his hair grow. I'll support him shaving for as long as he wants. I just need some advice - is this something that is healthy for us to allow? Is this something common (We're in NoCal)? And, stereotypical as it may sound, could my son be using this as a channel for being gay or transgendered? (Again, i am from a totally different time it seems like, don't take my question as being malicious)
