21 mtf here. I started on Spiro 50mg 2x daily and 2mg Estradiol 2x daily, did that for about 6 months but then home life got rough and had to quit.. Moved out of state and started back on it 6-7 months later. Well I had a reaction to the spiro and it fucked up my blood pressure and caused intestinal bleeding.
My wife was like "oh hell no" and told my doctor to put me on something else and the doctor recommended Bicalutamide, not only for it not affecting blood pressure but so my parts will still work. (No dysphoria there, and I like diddling my wife) So please share some experiences if any of you have been on bicalutamide.
TL;DR: Spiro almost got me killed and now I would like to know experiences of Bicalutamide to decide if I'll get put on it.

So hrt changes your body odor, right? I've been on it for almost a year and a half now and today I noticed that I smelled kinda like a boy..
Inb4 take a shower.
I just recently had one so I'm really confused. I can usually go hiking and sweat like crazy and smell nothing. My gf Is on hrt as well and she has also apparently experienced this before too. Is this a common thing?

Seems like I lost a lot of hair in the last 2 years and didn't even notice it.
I always had really beautiful hair and was so proud of it but now it feels so thin.

Hello /LGBT/ I could use some advice...
For about the last 2 monthes ive been on 8mg of estradiol and 5mg of finasteride, i was recently taken off of the finasteride and put onto 200mg of progesterone due to while being on the finasteride, it didnt lower my T levels well enough.
Can i expect my hormones to be put into a female range while on the 200mg of progesterone and 8mg of estradiol?
(P.S. cant take spiro because i get sick off of the regular 200mg and cypro is illegal in U.S)

HIV test possible mistake.
Hi.
I just bought the action test form a farmacy and took it.
Aparently its ok.
There's one problem.
I tried to put 3 drops of that liquid that comes with the test but it wouldn't come out, so i cut it on the sides and tried to throw a little bit in the action test but i think about 4 or 6 drops went down at once.
Is there a problem with that? Would that interfere with the test results? This is my first HIV ttest so i dont know about the mistakes.

Guys...I know this might sound ridiculous but I am serious. I was born with male sex but I started slowly transitioning around the age of 17. Not completely to be a woman. I want to keep my penis but also have a vagina. It do not know how to explain this. It would simply make me more comfortable with me. I do not know if this is a common practice or not.
