That leaves a few options, and all of them are pretty bad. You might want to try out something like Seattle, LA or Vancouver. All of these are places where you speak the language and you won't be too out of place. There's a lot of damn cute boys in Vancouver.

Seattle isn't great, there's a lot of punky, painfully thin boys that could be killed by a strong wind but something about the whole scene there feels fucked up. Also way too many of them are on oxy or heroin.

LA is, of course, full of attractive people. Be aware it's also full of two kinds of guy: mercnary as shit ones that want money, connections or something from you and hopeless, crazy romantics that may stab you and are on drugs.

About HK: It's impossible to get anywhere with Han boys. Expats are constantly thirsty as fuck but the whole scene is weird. There's too much money and no morality there, nobody wants a relationship and most of them are middle aged men, so not your ideal.

Well it hurt a lot the first time you do it. It gets easier after that as long as you maintain it.
It doesn't last very long for me because I'm basically chewbacca. I usually do it weekly but I could probably get away with waiting longer. The nice thing about epilating is that most of the hair grows back really thin so it's only noticeable if you shine light at it the right way.

I don't know what you mean about "REALLY well" but it does over time reduce growth. I only just started epilating my whole body like a year ago, but I have epilated my butt hair and chest hair for like 5+ years now and yes you will notice that you have to epilate less and less over time.
I'd say it's mostly about how it feels rather than how it looks. Cause my ass hair is almost unnoticeable but it still grows kind of long so when I run my hand over it I can feel the hair. My bf says he doesn't even notice it though.

These days when I epilate I don't even really attempt to get the "clean shaven" feeling. Epilators tend to miss a lot of hairs so when I do it I go really quick. Like I try to do my whole body in like 15-20mins each week and if I miss hairs I just leave them cause nobody except me seems to notice them anymore.
