Was frail and feminine all through childhood and always felt different and weird, always did girly things and didn't understand why it was a bad thing, hung out with female family members all the time and did classically feminine things and always felt out of place, the older i grew the more i felt out of place in my body and always wondered why i wasn't a girl in the first place when literally every single thing about me and how i act, my personality, and lifestyle, is all female.

Kissing and oral is really only a concern (as far as HIV at least) if you and your partner have open cuts or sores since HIV is mainly contracted through either semen or blood-to-blood contact. The chances of contracting HIV are actually relatively low it's just there are lots of whores and junkies in the gay community and eventually the law of averages catches up with them. You can never be too careful of course but slipping up every once in a while in all reality isn't that big of a deal. Even if you do mess up you can always go on PEP within 72 hours and that will dramatically lower your chances of infection. If you are going to ho it up id just say get on prep but keep in mind nothing is 100% effective yet (though we are getting closer to that every year). Once you find a qt bf you can both get tested and you can have all the bareback sex you want without worry.
