I highly recommend having a doctor preform any kind of castration. My friend is a transgender mtf Her friend used the rubber bands method not only did she wind up in the hospital but also all most lost hr life do to infection. My friend used her medical knolage she got in the armed forces and with me assisting we removed both her testicles. To this day she says she got lucky and did not get a bad infection or have some thing bad happen.. So I highly recommend having trained medical doctors at a safe place preform this procedure...
