Yesterday, indoor range limited to 50', 200 rounds of 9mm, 60 .38 special, 23 .357 magnum. I try to shoot weekly, but weather likes to fuck my shit up.

I dry fire daily and get to the range once a month, sometimes twice. I shoot 200 round per range trip

Im just starting out and its about $10 to hit the range, but what I wanna know is:
>how much you spend on ammo per trip
>if not how much you spend how many rounds you throw

I've been twice in the last month. 150 rounds per trip. 9mm only at 25". I still can't get anything resembling a grouping with the thing, and it pisses me off.

I had no idea how inaccurate pistol shooting can be. I'm great with a rifle, but I have no clue what I'm doing with a handgun at all.

I do dry fire, and I've identified some pulling/shaking that was a result of poor finger placement on the trigger. I've been practicing a smooth pull nightly while I'm watching shows or just sitting around.

I just need to put more rounds through it and learn to be consistent about my good habits. I'd really like to start shooting much closer than 10' so I can work my way out from there. 25' makes it very difficult to see where my shots are landing (I miss the damn target half the time).

I think it was November, took a buddy to the range for an hour, we shot like 50 rounds out of my SKS and what I had left of my Mosin food. Haven't been since, I just haven't had the chance or been in the mood. I just got a job too so I didn't really have money to purchase any more ammo, which sucks because I missed 54r surplus. Plus I'm in PA and its cold as fuck here.

Went today for "Family Day"

Shot a boatload of 7.62 outta my vz, some reloads out of my AR

And I shot my first ever 9mm reloads. I fucked up the powder charge on half of them so I was getting stovepipes and FTF half the time.

It was good though, a guy with a .460 revolver gave me brain damage and it was cold and it was cold and it was cold

My problem is that I go to the range so little that I buy guns to keep myself entertained. If I could make it more often then I'd probably have half the guns I do now.

I have an indoor range membership so I have to shoot at least 4 times a month to pay for it. Usually go 6 times. Every Sunday sometimes after work on random weekdays if I need a break from the gym.

Last time I put 350rds of 9mm through my p2000sk and 50rds of .357sig through my p229. Productive session. I shoot 9 and 13yd typically for handgun with various LE/govt agency training targets.

I shoot my ar maybe once every 2 months. I find it boring to fire more than 100rds though. Need to find a good outdoor range so I can go beyond 25yd.

I like shooting and it drives me absolutely crazy if I can't shoot handguns.

I almost went last week.

But sadly the road was not plowed at my fav spot.

Taking a different rig this weekend, I have some ladder testing to do on a 165SST load I want to work up for the tikka.

Deer need to get in my freezer this fall.
