It was a 75 yard range, but I'll see what I can do to expand that distance as best as I can. We also started running out of fun things to shoot, so I'll be sure next time to have more clay pidgeons, reactive targets and some steel. I'd like to hang a gong behind the 75 yard bench.

It didn't get above 30 degrees. It even snowed a bit. If chimps didn't bring that firewood, I'm certain someone would have died.

Everyone who came behaved themselves. No one gut hurt and no one died, and besides giddyfuck's shoes, I don't think we lost anything.

For anyone considering doing a meetup, meeting up for breakfast is a good idea
You get to meet in a casual, public place and talk a little bit to the people there. If you see like a massive red flag like a 300 ibls no guns talking about the penetration capability of a school bus, you can nope the fuck out. No one did that today of course, but the option is there.

shot my first ever ak and sks, while i don't think i'll convert, i have to admit, they are a lot of fun to shoot.

good time minus the lost shoes and the car crash on the way home but no damage to the car so still a really fun day.

Btw, if anyone fund some grey newbalance shoes, they are mine.

Well, maybe March.
I saw alot of great things there
For one, the strike eagle looks like a excellent scope. Being used to my leupold mk AR, I had already developed an idea of what 1x really means, but on that rifle it was really good. Nearly perfect, I shot both eyes open with issue. The reticule is okay, but the illumination was great for a cloudy day in the woods.

One anon had a stag left handed upper on a basic bitch carbine. Guys, basic bitch carbines are pretty cool. If I could of done that instead of the free float gucci thing I did, I would have more money in my pocket for guns and optics and still had an excellent rifle.

Giddy's AR was something special. The Daniel Defense rail was WAY smaller than I thought it'd be. Super thin, I understand why he had to cut his rail. Suppressors didn't actually turn me on. Which on the way hand sucks because lots of guys think they're fun, but on the other hand, I just saved $1000. Is rifle is also heavy. Super fun ar15. So really liked the Daniel Defense rails, always love shooting acogs.

I didn't do well with the fnx45. I didn't shoot it well at all, and the rmr is too small an optic. I lost the dot really easily, and when I saw it it looked so fucking big. It was weird. However I shot another 1911 today and it rocks. I really meld well this those pistols, and this one was just a $400 RIA with a Wilson trigger.

You'll have to remove the left side trunnion rivet (not the long one) and replace it with a slightly longer one to rivet the optics rail in place. Then two more holes in your receiver for two more rivets. There's also some screw on rails that require less work.

I actually tried like 4 times. For whatever reason, when I tried to use the draw function on the phone today, it just wouldn't play fucking ball. All of these opsec'd pics are 13 kinds of fucked, I know because I tried 13 times to make them look half decent and still conceal faces, but I'd touch one spot and it'd draw 2 centimeters off.

Also, he's still unrecognizable. Can't see eyes, hair, ears, and the picture is blurry as fuck, which is partly phone's fault, and partly the weather's fault.

i had my first round in vortex anon's gun not go fully into battery but i just used the fa and all was good.
i think it's just the extra carbon build up in the chamber from the steel case that caused some probles chambering the first round.
