Czech Vz.24 Mauser, not Yugoslavian. Perfectly correct for the time period, so it's not as unusual as you might think to see a re-enactor with one.
Does anyone know if the Italians or French have some LoC style repositories that may contain images from WWI. Seems like Italian photos especially are hard to turn up.
