Personally I'd keep the wet weather gear as secondary for spouse/gf/roommate or leave on car as emergency cover. It's Very well made, I still use my wind jacket when camping.

Yeah, ex Army here, some of the ECWCS gear is like $300+ a piece, so yeah...there is way more than $700 hahah. Don't rush selling it and it could be over a grand. Top/bottom uniforms, unused, can go for some $150, though I mostly look at multicam/marpat+ types and ACUs back in the day.

Keep in mind, there are a million different listings for ABU's, so you'd have to see the ones that have sold and base your price off of those.

Collectors never buy that shit, so you're looking at airsofters and the like (which isn't a bad thing, they usually pay stupid amounts of money for worthless stuff).

The cold weather gear might retail for that much but it certainly doesn't sell for that price off base. Some of the shit you got is alright, but I'm not seeing 700 unless you find some real suckers.
