In truth, I prefer the Hi Point. There's a lot less muzzle flip with the heavier slide, you get two extra rounds, and it doesn't jam as much. Moreover, when the pigs seize your gun for "evidence" you're out a couple bills instead of a grand.

This isn't bait, if you ever needed to use a Hi-Point in self defense and the police claimed it as evidence (100% guaranteed) you will most likely never see the firearm in question again. Might as well be a .$200 pistol than a precious gem.
