What is it, /k/? And why?
You know what the penalty for non-compliance is?
A $105 fine. It's less severe than double parking. Not that I, a law abiding and upstanding citizen, would ever advocate such a thing.
Utah. In rural areas no one cares. In populated areas you're fine as long as you're no retard.
Law enforcement is profunz here as well. I called the CLEO in my municipality to deliver an FFL application, he agreed to meet me on short notice and had no problems with me having a kitchen table FFL.
Came here to post this. Kansafag as well. No waiting period. Ample land to shoot. Really no restrictions on anything. Open Carry, unlicensed conceal, and I believe campus conceal has already passed or is about to
>no private transfers
>nfa bans or restrictions
>need permit to carry concealed
>need permit to carry openly
>need permit to carry in a vehicle
>need fingerprints to carry anywhere
>may issue or no issue permit
If your state has t
fingerprints for CCW, go away
9/10: constitutional carry failed twice, permits for residents only, state allows municipalities to ban carry in their buildings.
7/10: open carry is highly restricted, pistol quasiregistry. 8/10 when FFLs start to obey Mance v. Holder
9/10: open carry bullshit, caneguns banned
6/10: duty to inform, need permission from property owner, constitutional carry but fingerprints for permit for reciprocity
Seconded on Utah
NM is a very pretty state, but your millage may differ.
>Why the fuck would I even want to go on one anyways?
Fly fishing in the White Mountains is some of the best in the state. You pretty much have drive through the Navajo Reservation if you want to get to Utah or Colorado. There are reservations throughout the Phoenix metro area that you can drive on accidentally if you get lost. Also, gambling.
I hear about people with fully automatic machine guns hunting caribou in Alaska. Nobody checks up on them because no DEA/ATF/FBI agent wants to trek through 20 miles of snow looking for a buried automatic .22 rifle.
Also, Adirondack mustard raec
the state justice department doesn't use DNA in criminal proceedings
fugg dat, i aint living where i can get murdered by the state for a crime i didn't commit just because they didn't use modern technology to gather evidence
texas can get fugged, colorado all the way (muh mountanes)
>Need figerprints for CCW
Nigga what are you retarded?
If you're over 21 and an Alaska state resident you can CCW without a licence, and you can Open carry when your over the age of 12.
>40 y.o. homeowner
>kids running around egging houses
>coming up the street to my house
>go out on porch, prepare to give them a stern talking to
>notice the kids are all armed with 590s and bandoliers stuffed with Brenneke Black Magic Magnum 3" slugs, aka bear medicine
>eh, better not
>go back inside
such is life in alaska
But don't just take my word for it. Here you go:
>alaskans try to justify living in a barren wasteland
If it keeps you out, then sure.
why don't you call it fucking cream soda, just as fuckin bad as SHASTA
Arizona can be half and half when it comes to acceptance -- metro Phoenix can be full of a lot of snowbirds and Califags who want you to live their way. PPD is usually pretty chill, though. The outskirts and rural areas are where it's at.
this, I went to the U of A for a year cause no one told me the GI bill didnt cover out of state, I seemed the the most redneck person on campus, and I'm just a nerd in georgia. Just cause I had my ranger, my sks, 11-87, and a buckmark.
My black roommate saw me carry in my guns even though I tried to do it quietly, I told him not to talk about them, and he said "yeah, I guess you dont have your licence" when it was just against my lease to have them
Rural areas were good though, and the gun ranges too.
Most of the southeast is pretty /k/. not Arizona tier but no state AWB's, all shall issue carry, open carry is legal.
The only firearm banned in Alabama state law is one disguised as a cane.
You don't need a CCW to consieal in Arizona. The CCW just let's you cc in places you normally couldn't. Plus cops love it when you have a ccw, pulled over twice in the last month and got out of both. Now I'm shooting buddies with one of the officers.
GA ranks up there
>easy to get permits
>supressors and machine guns are legal
>2ND best self defense laws in the country
>permit can be used in place of background check
>CC legal in most places
Only downside is that you must have a permit to carry, concealed or otherwise.
>the state justice department doesn't use DNA in criminal proceedings
Yes we do. You're probably thinking of how we dont accept hair, because its been proven multiple times to be unreliable and unable to provide enough information.
We also don't accept lie detector tests, as per federal ruling.
Also, weed is for faggots and hippies.
