Does anyone here who has served in any branch of the US armed forces excluding the Coast Guard. Recall the MPs/SPs arresting people while in boot camp possibly for fraudulent enlistment, preferably I want to hear true stories from 2001-present.

Here is how it does.

If they don't ask in person or on a form. You don't tell them. They can only bust you for knowingly lying on forms. Which burdens them with proving you did knowingly commit fraud.

If they catch it while you are still in Basic, AIT, or OSUT. They will just kick you out and ban hammer you from the military.

If they catch you after you have got to your first duty station or later. Then you can end up in prison. Though they could just kick you out with a dishonorable. Which basically makes you a felon when it comes to a lot of things.

Basically he was in retard classes during high school and failed to mention it on his paperwork.

I couldn't tell you how long he was in before this happened, but the kid was goofy and I have no clue how he made it past basic without someone at least questioning him.

Planning on 18x, I was diagnosed with chronic migraines, which went away after a few months, and also had to have some strange heartbeat things investigated, turned out to be fine.

I plan on a law enforcement career afterwards, so I can't really have any kind of dishonorable or other than honorable discharge, and I'd rather not go to prison.

I joined a few years back, I had very bad asthma as a kid and almost died a few times from it, but as I got older it kind of went away and was able to pass their run time test before joining so they didn't care.

however as the years have gone by my running has suffered and it kinda feels like im having heavy asthma related symptoms again, going to get checked out soon..

As far as medical records go, if it's old as shit they won't find out about it unless you were extremely unlucky.
