I want a reproduction of the VG2. I think it is conceptually simple, an AK like U shaped receiver, an AK like front trunnion, a simple hole shaped rear trunnion to guide the bolt and perhaps provide a tang to secure the buttstock with.

Make it so that it fits G3 mags, add a piece of rail for optics, and I think it would sell well as a kind of fuddy commie-nazi gun.
