First thing I got was yesterday and I got myself an CZ evo scorpion
Always wanted to fingerfuck and shoot one of those, nice. Bought a PTR 91FR with a paddle from Atlantic a week ago. Have no idea when I'm going to get a chance to shoot it as it is -20 here in WI and don't want to waste my time with an indoor range. Looking for an optic for this beast now, probably going to get a Vortex Viper PST 1-4x24. Debating selling my MK12 and putting the 2.5-10x PST from it on it depending on the range report.
Just purchased today.
Gotta wait for it to get here though.
Sad thing about WI is as profun it is there is no free innawoods shooting locations that aren't private property or forbid discharging firearms. Laws for buying and carrying are great, prices and ranges suck.
Re: OP's recent acquisition.
So basically, the buttplate slides right off. All one would need to do to convert their evo to an SBR would be to buy the above kit (of which the only thing one would actually need would be the stock and the buttplate, it's my belief that the only reason the other parts are in the kit to begin with is to raise the number of american made parts to meet 922r compliance)
Happy gunning. ;)
>buying a fuckhuge pistol
>not just buying a G34
Finally got around to getting a holster for my model 10 (Triple K carrylite). Don't plan OCing, just wanted to have it for the rare chance I have to fuck around on private property with it
Loking at buying my first handgun and after holding and shooting the canik tp9v2 and looking at the price i really want one.is there any reason not to buy one
Fuck you i like it.
Thats a stupid reason from a retarded person who tries to be contrarian .if you buy an american gun you also supporr tisis,al qaeda and the taliban,as well as police brutality against minorities.
lower level of aftermarket support than other brands, the company doesn't have as permanent a presence and imports (and service) could potentially stop
some people don't like that they kept the decocker from the DA/SA model as if you press it, you will need to rack the slide to recock
really, it's not a big deal other than it's a bit large for a disassembly only button, but it negates the need to pull the trigger for disassembly ala Glock
My new Grizzly mag fed shotgun I bought a few weeks ago.
Did you literally just copy this exact same AR?
Paid ADCO to cut my 16" middy barrel down to 14.7" and have the A2 FH pinned to it. Hopefully I'll have it back by next week.
Also got a surplus bipod and another USGI 20 rd. mag for my A1.
To have the barrel cut, recrowned, rethreaded and the A2 FH pinned and welded cost about $95.
Too excited to remember my image I guess...
Here's a pic of the right side. I live near the Chicago area.
This may be the beat number or the officers number.
I just got (literally just got home from picking it up) something slightly similar, a Tristar T-100!
Just picked up a Remington 870 Express Super Magnum for $175.
D-did I do good /k/?
>inb4 shitty pic.
It's a budget HD gun until I finish building my AR. I plan on ditching the long ass barrel and getting an 18.5" one, even though that might mean losing the magnum chamber, but I have no need to shoot 3.5" shells. I just figured the price was right so why not.
got it this weekend. can't wait to take it to the range tomorrow (my local range only opens wed-sat)
