Didn't see a family-photo/arsenal thread
from top down
Henry Survival (ar-7 gay ass pizza shit gun)
Benelli Super-Nova 28" barrel
G1 FAL 19" barrel
CAI R1L1 FAL 18'? Barrel
CZ-75 SP01 9mm
Winchester 67a 22lr
Thinking of ditching the SKS and Glock though.
I got my first in early 2012, so about four years. this was my first arsenal thread pic from July of that year.
at one point I was averaging one gun every month or two, but last year I only bought three.
there aren't many more I realistically plan to get.
a Garand for certain.
maybe a 9mm Luger, .455 Webley, 12ga O/U, and .30-06 FN49 if I can find any for a decent price
I'm always interested in hearing more suggestions
I do lust after the Webleys
I wonder if the Anderson Wheeler .357 Mark VII ever got off the ground...
HOLY FUCK SHIT
WANT WANT WANT WANT WANT
Your lever guns are sexy as hell.
last summer I moved out to the boonies so I can shoot in my back yard whenever the hell I want, which usually happens two to four times a week.
used to be I'd bring as many guns and as much ammo to the range as I could to get the most for my money. I once even cc'd eight guns and a few hundred rounds of ammo.
nowadays I'll just shoot one on any given day to simplify cleaning, and usually not even go through a full box of ammo at a time.
lately my most shot guns have been the Winchester 1873, M1A, MR73, P210, 1911, and P220
also an O/U is on my list. I'm thinking a Franchi Instinct L since a Citori costs a bit much for how often I'd probably use it.
>Your lever guns are sexy as hell.
I'd have to say the 1873 is my favorite. it's got a smoother action than the Browning designed 1886 and 1892, the ammo is cheaper and I've got more of it, and that Marble peep I got is possibly my favorite sight on any gun I've shot.
I probably would have preferred this version if it had come out earlier.
the 45-70 1886 is awesome, especially with Buffalo Bore ammo, but I kind of prefer .375 H&H for my BOOM now.
Still too lazy to get them all in frame edition.
(I really need to update this photo edition)
(I really need to update this photo too edition)
Here's my humble collection. Thinking about trading the Mosin for a Stevens 530 trench gun.
>that gun is also sexy as fuck
if you mean the model 70 safari, it's a little bit less so now.
worth it for tripling the ammo capacity though.
again I need to take an updated pic
>You have impeccable tastes.
again thanks. you too by the way. I'm sure I've said it before but I really like your 1897 trench gun and you've got one of the prettier Garands I've seen.
I like old timey stuff. my local FFL guy says I was born in the wrong era.
on that line of thought I started this thread but it's been pretty slow >>28587525
Not huge in versatility but a cool collection. That barrel is 16" and the wood on those FN's look wicked. Which one's your go-to? The AR-7 is good for backpacking / boating.
I don't get the backwards bipods man, but I like the group. Predominantly fudd with sprinkles of tacticool. Caliber on the VEPR?
Two enfields, two nuggets, and a mauser? I guess you've got "full powered bolt action rifle" covered. How's that dot work for you? It's ugly as hell in my opinion. The AR and CZ are cool though.
I like this collection a lot, pretty simple. I like the snowflakiness of the CZ-75 and S&W. AR and AK really even things out. I would suggest sticking to a 30- or 20-round mag for pictures though, the forty looks lanky. I would suggest a full-powered rifle and a scattergun. Not a fan of the Sig or SKS.
I like the family but it seems a bit repetetive. Consider adding a shotgun (or likely two, as seems to be the theme)
>I like the family but it seems a bit repetetive. Consider adding a shotgun
Yeah already have a shotgun in the collection, im waiting for some decent light to retake all of these
>(or likely two, as seems to be the theme)
Finally someone notices my doubles!
From Left to Right
>Catamount Fury II
>CVA percussion rifle (Havent fired since I got it. mainly used for display.
>Stainless CZ75b w/ polished finish
>STAR PD 45 that is currently inoperable because i cant get the damn guide rod apart to replace the buffer.
Probably no major gun spending for me this year.
psl, vepr-1v rpk, mas 49/56, cz vz58, bulgarian ak-74 from original barrel kit, vepr12
sr22 and vz61 pistols
62cal blowgun, rem 870 express magnum 20ga, krb7 muzzleloader, 10/22, mosin 91/30, RC kar98k, norinco sks import model, gamo whisper fusion, b3 air rifle, daisy air rifle
Some rifle with a caliber beginning in 7.62x
>I don't get the backwards bipods man, but I like the group. Predominantly fudd with sprinkles of tacticool. Caliber on the VEPR?
I've corrected the bipods, just too lazy to take a new pic. Vepr is in .308.
Thanks, but if I spend much this year I might find myself squatting literally. Not really I guess, but things are tight. Next year this time I'll just be starting to feel comfortable again.
Nothing bad happened though. I just bought out the business/building I'd been working at a year or two sooner than I'd hoped.
The picture doesn't even do it justice. I love it.
I got mine off CTD...company called Timbersmith makes em, but they don't sell direct (anymore?). The other black furniture anon gave me the link to their site which just links out to distributors. CTD was the only one that had any in stock, and they were cheapest. Ordered on the spot. Installation was easy but I did have to drill out new holes for the buttstock screws.
Great. If you want a CZ 75 copy I'd definitely recommend it. For the price I paid ($280) even if it shit the bed it wouldn't be too bad but honestly I can't think of anything bad to say about it.
Fair enough. I still like how it's lightweight, easy to throw into a backpack, and was used by George C. Scott when he went on a rampage.
> got rid of the Garand
Look man. You keep posting that memetale shit and I might just have to click that report option. Just a few clicks and key strokes and boom you're banned like a AGM-114 Hellfire atomizing some jihadi. Your /k/ days are over and you'll have to try some forum to socialize or one of the shitty chan spin offs. Don't temp me.
Shitty blurry photo, many apologies. This doesnt include any of my pistols though.
When you're an idiot and never got your RPAL edition
The garand is right there in the upper right corner, I bought that thing from a one legged Vietnam vet like 10 years ago and I could never get rid of it
also P30 SOLD
>that can cannon
Exquisite taste desu. You wouldnt happen to be looking for a qt trap boyfriend would you?
the dust cover that follows the bolt is cheap pot metal that broke off after a couple shots. not necessary for the thing to function so i didn't bother replacing it. Needed a little TLC on the internals as it was bone dry on the inside and missing a C-clip that was holing the trigger pin on the frame.
Beyond those 2 issues, I've had zero problems with it. Chews through everything from birdshot to slugs without missing a beat as long as you have the gas tube set properly.the sights on it are kind of junky so i threw a cheap TruGlo reflex sight on there. I can reliably put a rifled slug on a man-sized silhouette at 100 yards with it so I can't say im disappointed for the price. Especially considering the cost of a Saiga or VEPR12.
