How can you even compete????
>>

Del Taco looked so bored and fat in this movie. I don't know if the script called for his character to be aloof or something.
>>
HANMEDAKEYSYACOCKSUKA
>>
>>28498975
His character was just burnt the fuck out from years of hunting down and removing burrito.
>>
>>28498975
He was so operator that killing cartels is the equivalent of washing the dishes.
>>
Matt and Alejandro were worth the price of admission just to see them not only remove quesadila, but also BTFO lady swat and her due process.
>>
The fourth act sucked, and none of the scenes in the mansion were exciting.
>>
>>28498975
>script called for his character to be aloof or something

Hey man did you have your eyes open when you watched that movie?

Did you miss the part where he can't sleep due to PTSD nightmares?
Did you miss the part about his wife being beheaded and daughter thrown in acid (or some shit)?
Did you miss the part where he was mocked for being a vigilante lawyer?

Did you miss the whole movie you simple child?

OF COURSE he's supposed to be burned out, PTSD'd, nothing to lose, no fucks given whatsoever. Dude has permanent shell shock.
>>
>>28498900
What movie is this?
>>
>>28499553
usual suspects
>>
>>28499503
No ,i mean, it felt like his character was bullshitting the entire movie and the whole dead wife and lawyer story was just a cover up so he could take over the drug trade in Mexico.
>>
>>28499569
Thanks faggot.
p.s. Already got Sicario no thanks to you /b/tarbs tier fucktard
>>
>>28499569
His English skills seem inverse with his appearence
>>
I have better gear than him to start
>>
>>28498900
>can you compete
Well, my wife has been beheaded nor my daughter thrown in a vast of acid so... Yes?
>>
>>28499643
At least his gear fits him :^)
>>
>>28498900
This was a terrible movie. Acting was dry and the action scenes (all 2 of them) were not nearly good enough to make up for the rest of the film. I'm Mexican and I can relate to these situations. Even then I hated this movie.
>>
>>28500104
I thought it was pretty good, especially from an American perspective. We are largely isolated to the sacrifices made in mexico from the drug war, and also the cruelty. (away from the border at least) I liked the realist and pragmatic mentality it had.
>>
I love this movie because I want to be in the position that Emily Blunt's character was in, except without the whole uptight law abiding thing.

If I were in her position id be like "We get to do legally questionable black operations all while wasting people with our superior fighters? Sign me the fuck up"

or, you know, he just couldn't act worth a shit in this movie for some reason. probably the director's fault too.

remember that ,movie he did with tommy lee jones? us marshal or some shit?
yeah, they both fucking sucked in that movie. they both looked and sounded bored to shit.,
>>
>>28499569
>usual suspects
quit bullshitting him anon.
actually its Boku no Pico
>>
>>28499503
what you are attempting to describe is what Mel Gibson successfully did on Lethal Weapon.

El Toro, in this movie, on the other hand, was just bored to shit and couldn't act worth a fuck.
>>
>>28501575
this is bait right? when you're planning to shoot someone, you want your finger on the trigger.
>>
>>28501576
"Extraditing criminals from one country to another is best done under cover of darkness or via unconventional means. Driving a convoy down a popular land route in the middle of the day can get tricky, especially if the host country has already sold you to the bad guys.

>>28501801

I'm partially weapons trained. You NEVER have your finger on the trigger unless you're actually firing. ESPECIALLY when there are loads of civilians around.

I want the sunglasses that Del Torro's character wears when in Mexico. Apparently so do everyone else. They're $400
>>
>>28498975

The whole point was that he was burnt out inside.

I was disappointed when he didn't pop that chick under the chin.

This was a strange movie.

SPOILERS!!

The lead was just a failure and a patsy.
The Lawyer, at first I thought this was a cover story but then the druglord said he was a prosecutor so he must have been, was a more elite operator than the Delta Force guys.
The U.S.A. government sending in a lone, PSTD ex-Lawyer to take out all the armed guards and king pin.

On the other hand, I thought the amount and intensity of the action scenes was just right.

>>
>>28500104
I like the approach it takes, which is a bit more darker than most when approaching the drug trade.
>>28498975
I felt he was more on his game in some scenes than others.
>>
>>28499606
>just a cover up so he could take over the drug trade in Mexico.

this is wrong. It's heavily implied that the Alejandro character was/is hitman. He's just working with the CIA guys because he wanted to get closer to the man that killed his family. The CIA just wanted the balance of power in the drug trade transferred over to Colombia because they deemed that to be better than having the Mexicans run the drug trade so the brought in Alejandro to help.
>>
>>28501555
I really liked that nerdy looking mustache guy. Didn't get to see much of him after that scene.
>>
>>28503010

why does the guy tell her to finish the cigarette before she gets up there? can you not smoke in front of illegal brown people?

Loved the movie but with they would've removed more cartel
>>
>>28498900
Spooler Alert!!!!! MY TRIGGERS!!!!! I thought the end scene could have been more ironic, After he had told her to stay off the balcony and then she went out and drew down on him to shoot him in the back.

I would have loved Over watch to take the bitch out right there, it would have served her right for once again being in the way and not following orders.

And for Fuck sake why are we not doing this real world. We cannot fight the war on drugs when the criminals have more rights under our constitution than the officers trying to enforce the law.
>>
>>28505576
how do you know its not happening in the real world?

no one knows what the CIA is up to, besides jerking off to pictures of your small dick they got from the NSA
>>
>>28505585
>>28505576

You know what I wish for? Action based on the Clear and Present Danger model.

It'd make me all kinds of hard to know we had light infantry in Mexico/Colombia staking out processing sites and airstrips, with interceptors shooting down the aircraft.
>>
>>28505585
The CIA does operate down there,w e just don't know doing what. THe cartel even tried killing a CIA agent in a drive-by but
>lol bulletproof car
