Those janky helmets are called bulletproof patkas. Really hard to get found a website that makes them
>>
>>28495811
Serbian/Yugo/Croat/Bosniak M59/85, Hungarian M40, Britbong MkIV and V, Soviet SSh-40/60/68, French M51, East German M56. I have a Serbian M59 and a brit MkIV and both are great. As for shipping, it just depends on the seller. Almost all online vendors will have a shipping cost, but on ebay it just depends on the individual vendor. Alternatively, you could just go to a local shop and see if they have a steel helm.
>>
>>28496256

>>
>>28496256
The bullet-proof patka (Sikh head-dressing) helmets, provide comprehensive head protection. The patka helmets provide protection against fragmentation munitions and low velocity bullets. The bullet-proof patka helmets have been exclusively designed for the Indian Army, paramilitary forces and various state police departments. They hava a ballistic strip manufactured from a high-density, die-pressed phantom steel. Cushioning material is used in the inner lining of the patka helmets for additional comfort.
The patka helmets have a distinct advantage over standard bullet-proof helmets. Stadard bullet-proof helmets provide protection against 9mm weapons, whereas our patka helmets give protection against AK-47 to the forehead and rest of the head area.

So how about a link to this site?

More like flippin' insane.
The newly re-established Estonian police wanted to look as far removed from the dreaded Soviet militsiya as possible, leading them to adopt blue Ike jackets and eight-point caps (pic related).

Those over-the-top red and gold outfits clearly contradict the desire to seem more Western, conjuring up images of pompous commie generals and tinpot dictators instead.
Unsurprisingly, they were quickly deemed ridiculous and shit-canned, making them extremely rare.
I've only seen one at a museum.

On my old cocorans that broke, they were size 111 so he suggested a size 14 of hsi half sole/heels and they fit great heres the link below

With no liner, the standard parka is not very good imo. It does a decent job at breaking the wind, but it doesn't keep warm at all. With a fleece sweater underneath it's ok, but it's still inferior to a poly jacket. It's best use is Autumn/Spring (~5-10 degrees Celsius and above).

Anyone have experience with that?

The smallest waist size there is 32 inches, but I have like a 27 ish waist. Can you tighter it up that much and it still be comfortable?
How long are the legs on them?
Because I'm also 6ft tall, just a small framed skeletonman.

What size jacket should I get? I wear medium t shirts, but i hear the sleeves are really short on those parkas, but I'm afraid a large or extra large would be too big.

Well they are intended to be worn over the wool uniform, so it's oversized.

The sleeves on mine are longer than the length of the coat itself, I think you'll be OK on that.

The trousers are slightly shorter as you're supposed to wear boots and gaiters with them.

No, there are no belt loops, there is a 3 snap waistband that you could use.
There are variations in length, but you'd have to ask the seller if they could send one with a specific inseam.

The pants have adjustable suspenders and the button has multiple snaps for different waist sizes. The ankles have elastic so if they are a little long it isn't a big deal.
>>
>>28511065
Its the lux copy, theres some on ebay.
>>
>>28511087
I'm more worried about the pants being too short, but having suspenders really eases my concerns about the waist not fitting right, because does it really matter as long as your shit don't fall down? Being a tall skinny guy is suffering.

How is the insulation value on the pants? Should I get some liners for in cold weather?

Any recommendation on the size for the parka?

The pants are pretty good heat wise. The sturdy canvas is good for the wind, wear some longjohns under them for more heat if you need it.

For the parka just get what size you wear in normal clothes, one size bigger if you want.

>>28511191

The adjustible straps and buttons are nice. But the suspenders are built-in to.. So I hardly see anybody's waist being too much an issue. Unless they hate layering, belts, and straps for any reason
