Fellow C.O. here. We used to have an inmate that did that shit up on our lock up. Dudeman was sent to the emergency room twice in one day for ripping the staples out of his stomach and playing with his entrails before we finally got authorization to put his ass in hard restraints until he could be transferred out. Fuck the admins for being too goddamn scary and having that done in the first place.

We had a guy in our jail who was arrested for pedo shit. His far more bad ass cell mate found out and in the middle of the night confronted him about it. He did this by yanking the pedo out of his bunk and showed the guy his dick stating "I hear you make kids suck your dick. Well now you gonna suck mine." Lots of blood, lots of hitting.
Lots of genuinely clever people, but when you're secured to a bed with properly applied leather cuffs on your wrists and ankles you're not going anywhere.
