Drones are a hot topic this holiday. I have a computer whiz friend who knows a lot about automation. I am an engineering student and we had a funny conversation about attaching a 10/22 to a drone and go do some plinking with it. All jokes aside, what is stopping others from doing this now? I only ask this because I watched a news report about the rise in drone sales and the alphabet soup buearu of canada for transportation has said they generalized the rules surrounding drones and they are now thinking of asking people to register their drones
PART 4PROHIBITED DEVICES
Former Prohibited Weapons Order, No. 9
1. Any electrical or mechanical device that is designed or adapted to operate the trigger mechanism of a semi-automatic firearm for the purpose of causing the firearm to discharge cartridges in rapid succession.
>A remote trigger would be a prohibited device.
Fly a drone with a gun on it surprisingly legal AFAIK
Daily reminder that the government literally kicked the doors of innocent Canadians and forcibly stole their firearms and ammo with zero intention of ever giving any of it back, and many of those people still have no gotten their firearms back.
How about this- get an old Remington 700 trigger pack- get a faulty one that can fire when the trigger is pulled and then it is taken off safe. Pull the trigger on the ground with the safety enabled.
In the air, when you press a button, the safety is disengaged and the gun fires once. Return to base to fire again.
I had a buddy who was doing disaster relief with the army over in high river, said they came a cunt hair away from forcibly detaining/lighting up these cops that were going door to door and stealing guns
The RCMP did nothing wrong at High River. It's better that the police take possession of those dangerous weapons rather than leaving them for criminals to loot from the deserted homes.
Gun nuts completely miss the bigger picture as usual. I like guns, but I also have some common sense about them.
>Looking around at HD guns
>Spot a Vz.61 Skorpion instead
>Probably gonna go for it
Also, a total /pol/fag in the LGS.
>Shows off his Hitler/Pilsbury Dough Boy tattoo
>Tries to call troops stupid, spaghettis when we give him the stink eye and he realizes we're all ex-milfags
>As he and his friend walk out with some tannerite, loudly exclaims "TIME TO GO BLOW UP SOME NIGGERS, HAHA"
>Everyone's face when
For a first time shooter I'd honestly recommend a good .22 bolt action or something simple. Learn the basic principles, then move up to semi-auto centerfires etc after you've had some practice.
It was a prototype the RHQ guys gave me last time I stopped in to needle them.
Makes for a cool background, and it's got a nice Gortex layer. I just refuse to wear it in public to avoid looking like an autist.
Nothing recent. I sure as hell hope everything stays status quo despite gun laws being fucked as they are. My biggest fear is that politicians declare the current firearms act/criminal code needs to be completely redone and they replace it with something even more retarded,
I've been reading and maybe someone here can clarify.
The liberal campaign specifically mentions returning the classification power to the RCMP. Does that mean they currently don't hold that power or just that they can currently be overruled?
While I don't think they would jump right back to reclassifying those same rifles I worry they'll start with pistol/rifle magazines.
The vast majority of all classifications are currently, and have been since the 90's era gun control laws were passed, in the control of the RCMP. Prior to C-42, the government could reclassify (or preclassify as the case may be) any gun to restricted or prohibited. After C-42, this power extended to allow classifications to non restricted, and prevented reclassifications from the RCMP after a period of 1 year from the initial classification.
Hey, I'm not much into guns but I want one as a display piece. I may go with a replica but a real one would be nice. What is the process I need to go through to get a firearms license and what are the laws regarding mounting my firearm on the wall for decoration?
Non firing replicas are prohibited btw. If you want a non gun hanging on your wall it has to be airsoft or dewat(deactivated firearm)
There are plenty of resources on google on getting your PAL.
If it's unloaded and has a cable or trigger lock on it you can essentially do whatever the fuck you want with it as long as you don't store it with ammo.
I don't go to ranges. I shoot innawoods, Restricted or no.
Believe me, with all the shit I've done, you will not impress me. We may have fun, but it won't be like "oh, wow, I can't believe someone would do that!"
I'll invite myself along too. Will have to bring my SVT40 so we can shoot one then the other. You know who I am.
just how does this man child get in office?
EX-Pats. I follow the link to the previous thread, I explained why I CC and what happened. You're free to come, but you'll need to keep the /pol/ crap to a minimum.
I'll have a pair of new toys by then, too that you'll love.
Oh my god yes. You know these next four years are gonna suck, but at least I can sit on the sidelines and laugh at the retards who actually bought into it
Any thoughts on Marstar? they seem to push a lot of Chinese shit but are they legit or just likely to rip off your credit card number?
So I just came to the realization that I only have two gun bags for four guns. Can I legally transport my rifles (in my trunk) in a garbage bag without getting into trouble? maybe a dufflebag or something.
Weed shouldn't be criminal, just saying. Alot of you guys dont even realize your attitude is the same that many people take towards those of us with guns.
>wowww those stupid rednecks go shooting all the time and then pretend that gun laws are a big issue? I mean come on it's 2016
If you're smoking weed or carrying a handgun I don't see the problem as long as you're not harming people.
technically you can leave your non restricteds in your trunk indefinitely
>not having an sks trunk gun
I have a STI GI. Got it for like 600 on sale. Very happy with it. Id say get a better base and upgrade from there if you care about quality. If you just want a civic then the norcs fine. Their QC is hit or miss.
It's like 200 away from a thousand
>Their QC is hit or miss.
The thing is that, mine seems to be alright, the bluing is starting to wear, but other than that its alright. That's why im not sure what to do.
Oh well if you already have it then yea go ahead and throw some parts in it. If you start having problems either get the smith to take a look at it or just put the original parts back in and get a better base gun. I think you can make it work with the norc just fine.
Oh, sorry. You just had me confused, what with the autistic muttering, Nazi-themed tattoo on your gut you showed to everyone, and the yelling about niggers.
I'm sure you can understand how my initial internal reaction was "fucking /pol/fags".
I'm fairly biased against the Tavor, so I'd say the Famae. Sure it was built by Chileans but the design is Swiss and I haven't heard anything really bad about them ever, while Tavors are Israeli and bullpup. Of course this is mostly just personal preference.
If you just want a decorative piece, get an antique (pre 1898, with certain rules). Deactivated/Dewat firearrms are a bit ugly with all the welds and whatnot.
Here's an example of an antique- a nice Martini-Henry. In many cases, they are cheaper than a deactivated firearm.
Pretty good, no problems here. Haters hate them cuz dey got dem FA guns.
Waiting on the holster. But got pic related today.
>Aaaaah, hurry up with the transfer!
Antique gun- a 10 gauge Newfoundland birding shotgun. 46 inch barrel. 5 1/2 feet overall length.
Holy shit, that was fast.
>"Blah blah, I wanna take my new toy home"
>Guy puts me on hold for a few minutes
>All my info is good, transfer is immediately approved, just gotta wait for the card in the mail
Well fuck me, the system works on occasion.
I've hardly ever had it take more than a day when doing transfers in Alberta. Feels good. Also having a direct line to those who actually approve the shit helps. Are you shooting it today as well? If you are let us know how you like it. I think I still have the original box that my buddys came in years ago.
From the Vancouver Sun, some stats on murder in Canada:
>Canada's homicide rate remains at lowest levels in almost five decades
>Overall, police services across the country reported 516 killings in 2014
> Guns were more frequently used — 156 times — but the overall rate of gun killings was at its second-lowest level in 40 years.
>Overall, when the crimes were solved, most victims — 83 per cent — knew their killers, data show — a situation that has long been the case.
>Acquaintances posed the biggest threat, followed by relatives. Current or ex-spouses were blamed in 83 cases or 16 per cent of all homicides, with women four times more likely than men to die at the hands of partners.
The only bits that we're missing is how many of the murders committed with firearms were done with legally held NR/R/Prohib versus stolen or smuggled guns, and how many were done by people legally allowed to own a gun.
its illegal to hunt with drones, i was going to buy one for that exact purpose.
even scouting animals with drones is illegal, let alone hunting them with one.
who the fuck would know way up north in many of those hunting areas though. ive met traffic cops who didnt know a few traffic laws, im sure most conservation officers dont even know drone laws.
Not sure if anyone here would have any insight but should I look more into the EPS or the Alberta Sheriffs if I'm looking for an easier job with more manageable hours (standard 9-5 or something like that, if that even exists in law enforcement)?
You're a fucking moron for using a trip and admitting that you CC , then posting info that would easily identify you. How many skorpions do you think went through the Alberta cfo today?
Drop the trip retard
I do both. People don't say anything cause they're never entirely sure if I'm rcmp or not, that and I never miss the plates when I'm baked. Once I start missing I pack up and leave cause i dont want to have an accident. Then I get home, get hammered and clean my guns
>you must exclusively like one over the other
At least the store where I bought the gun have it for $22 a box instead of $34 like the other guys.
>The manual is on an interactive CD-ROM
It's like 1998 all over again. Pretty nice case, though.
lol wut. What the fuck were they thinking?
I got a package to pick up tomorrow that they claim "attempted delivery" on except nobody ever came, I know, because I'm obsessive and I watch the door almost every day I'm not out working.
>a garbage bag
God damn Marstar be ghetto. Gonna turn on CBC one day and watch the RCMP raiding their meth lab or something.
There hit or miss, but I cam recommend 40 other business before them. Fuck marstar, haven't had fucking russian ammo in 6 years but still has 2 listings for it. Havent had CZ858s in years but has a page just to show they're all out of stock.
>1200 dewat ak.
Canada post is literally the best courier service you cuck.
At least canada post attempts deliveries everytime i get something from UPS they never buzz me when im home and they just leave a notice in the front of the building only for me to have to drive 45 min to their warehouse and then wait there another hour before they get to me. and fuck their broker fees. I once didn't have 2 dollars to give them which they said i owe for brokers fees and it didn't say on the notice slip . I had to drive home then come another day.
Also stop being a fucking retard .if you don't want them to safe drop a parcel at your house get a fucking no safe drop notification on the parcel you retard or a signature required.
Between all the obscenities this Anon is actually correct.
does anybody know how similar in dimension AK mags are to VZ58 mags? I want some mag pouches for a vest but everything is either AR pouches or AK pouches. Thought maybe I could get away with using AK pouches, assuming they're not too big.
Purolator's pretty good too, but then again they're 91% owned by Canada Post.
Sometimes they're a little too good.
>track a package
>oh, it'll take a week or two
>okay, that is fair enough I guess
>NOPE, it arrives two days tops, and they're always at the door when I'm in the bathroom showering
>so two days then becomes three days, because I have to pick it up the day after the attempt
Every package I've gotten from canpar has been covered in black soot (well, not totally covered, just enough to rub off on the carpet and my hands). Do they haul coal on their days off?
lol, on what grounds? Obviously they had no cause if they're still in business.
>RCMPs face when
I get packages like that too, though it's happened with various different couriers, not just Canpar.
Couriers have many different customers. Most of them are industrial. Factories and warehouses are notorious for their dust and soot, so it's no surprise that some packages are covered in it.
Even if the debris isn't from your vendor, there's always a chance another customer's package rubbed off on yours. Also, many couriers, not just Canpar, make terrible hiring decisions when choosing their drivers, so who knows how badly these packages have been abused during loading, mid-transit, and unloading. Ample opportunity for dust to kick up in the back of the truck, even from rough, reckless driving.
>When the police saw the St. Amours' two dogs, they were told,
"Control them or they're gone," he says.
>At gunpoint, St. Amour was ordered to take the police to the
office upstairs, where his wife was surrounded by four officers
armed with machine guns. "My two employees were lined up against
a wall and held at gunpoint.
>While the search warrant bore the name of a Customs Canada
official, most of the officers bore no pieces of identification.
Some were dressed in plain clothes. "They refused to identify
themselves. They threatened to arrest me for asking questions.
"We're the RCMP, we don't have to explain anything. We don't need
this is scary shit, and to think they're still in business. I mean, they have every right to be, being that they were doing nothing wrong, but you'd think something like that would probably make most just say fuck this I'm done.
I can appreciate that people may dislike IWI for political reasons but flat out making shit up is silly
Yes, their service is rather bad compared to other Canadian firearms retailers.
It took them two weeks to initiate my order. Other places would have already charged my credit card and shipped my goods within days, but Marstar took two weeks to just get started on it.
Their website is also poorly maintained. This is highly concerning because Marstar claims to be one of Canada's most influential firearms retailers. They have various industrial and military connections, and yet their online storefront is dogshit. A lot of shit is out of stock, but they'll take their sweet fucking time to manually update their pages.
I've seen a better maintained website from a much smaller business that I'm convinced is run by two or three slavs with very poor English skills huddled in a warehouse. Their stock updated real-time (so if you bought a nugget from them, and it said "3 in stock" on the item page, it will go down to "2 in stock" after you've clicked "Submit").
I also don't think they know how to ship. They charged me shipping separately for the same order. They sent my rifle via Canada Post ($40), and my ammo via UPS ($60). I paid one hundred dollars in shipping alone.
In comparison, I also bought a firearm and lots of ammunition at the same time with another store, and they charged me $30 UPS shipping.
Conclusion: Fuck Marstar. I will never do business with them ever again unless they have something really interesting.
That sounds fucking retarded. And yeah, their online store is a fucking mess and I've seen Johnone on CGN defend their out of stocks like it's not a big deal. Why complain about people asking for product when they won't even remove them from the website? Yeah, you can filter out of stocks. Then you're left with like, 5 guns worthy of note, that every other dealer also has - on a more pleasant and easy to use store.
>Yeah, you can filter out of stocks
Correction, you can filter VISIBLE out of stocks.
Some items may appear "In Stock," but then after you've placed an order, you might get an e-mail later saying "sorry this item is actually out of stock," all the while the page still reads "In Stock" and continues to do so for a few more days.
I don't even have much of a collection on this computer, I just post drop a few as breadcrumbs to see who knows what's what :^)
>Implying I haven't. Multiple times.
Truth is I think I'm done arguing with brick walls that smell like shit. I'm tired anon. I hate this place. I wan't out. (I mean I'd take Alberta, but the US just seems so much more fun)
The RCMP view themselves as being made of finer clay than the rest of us; a band of Elites, destined to preserve and lord over the unwashed masses, their sworn duty to subjugate the plebs to their will. If it wasn't already obvious by now, the RCMP are not friends of Canada, they are on the same level as the Brown Shirts.
Goddammit, why can't they bring on proper progun reservist gun owners for once? They aren't even that hard to find, most gun owner reservists I know aren't anything like fudds and support shit like CC.
This shit is a three-man panel railing against guns, white people (who are naturally racist), and of course, fucking capitalism because why not throw that in.
Why do we pay tax money for this?
>imblying they don't look for people to support their narrative
Still doesn't make sense. They could've just shipped the firearm together with the ammunition through UPS.
Also, what are volume discounts. Couriers usually offer a discount rate to businesses, which makes shipping affordable to customers.
It makes no sense that I had to pay $60 to ship ammo through UPS and $40 to ship a firearm through Canada Post.
Again, the one time I didn't shop with Marstar, I only paid $30 to ship a firearm AND ammunition through UPS.
I follow 3 laws. Don't rape, don't murder, and don't steal. And of course I uphold social contracts like don't lie, or manipulate for personal gain. Everything else doesn't adhere to me as Im a sovereign citizen. If Im not on my property, I will respect Canadas laws. On my property I follow my own laws.
vulgarity aside, i do agree with you that UPS is absolutely shit tier. buddy of mine ordered some ammo and couldn't receive it because it came during his working hours. they tried three times and then just said "fuck it" and sent it back to where it was ordered from.
I don't know if I'd completely write of UPS based on that one experience though.
First attempt was a fail because your friend was at work, therefore unavailable to sign for it at home.
Based on this incident alone, one can easily deduce that should there be another delivery attempt, results will be similar. The driver doesn't know when you are and aren't home. Hell, it might not even be the same driver the next time around.
When a delivery has been unsuccessfully attempted, they'll usually leave a note at your door. Should you get one of these, you should call the number on the note. Call the number and get something arranged. Maybe arrange a different delivery time. They're not gonna know when is a good time unless you tell them when. Hell, offer to pick it up from one of their offices. That way, your package won't move around, it'll just stay there, waiting for you.
If you don't like what's happening, you gotta stand firm and tell them that it's not working out for you. If you just sit around and do nothing, just waiting until they magically get it right, only for them to return to sender, then no surprise that it happened.
The sovereign citizens movement had been tarnished by chucklefucks in america. Like that father and son who executed two cops for pulling them over then got into a shoot out with cops in a Walmart parking lot while trapped in their mini van.
The movement is fucking retarded even without that. They use false legal loopholes and archaic and inapplicable law to try to convince the government that they are not subject to its authority, despite the fact that this law is written, interpreted, and enforced by that same government. It's like playing a game with a child who gets to set and change all the rules at will; you can never win, because the entire game is rigged against you.
If you disagree with the government, just call yourself an anarchist or minarchist. Those political philsophies have existed for centuries, and there are a great many arguments for each of them, none of which involve screaming "am i being detained", calling yourself a "traveller", and citing vaguely-related 18th century admiralty law.
see i think he was planning to pick it up once they eventually got tired of trying to deliver but as i understand it they had a policy against holding ammo in their warehouse or something and that was the reason it got sent back.
Don't buy their cheapo flip up sights. They sell them as a pair but they don't mention anywhere that the front one is a gas mount. There are no gas blocks with rails to be had aftermarket in Canada. I ended up using mine for 9mm target practice at 25 yards when the springs crapped out
At least canpar ships guns and ammo together. Not in the same box but separate packages. And for some reason I got my (unlocked 1911) and 1000 rds of .45 a day before my reggie card came in the mail
I believe so as long as the wire is "secured" (as in locked at some point) AND the wire goes through the action or blocks the firearm action.
Easiest way is a cable lock through the action.
My experience with Canpar has been shitty, OTOH. Who the fuck runs a shipping company that closes at 6 every day and doesn't work on the weekend? I had to get out of work early just to pick my shit up.
Marstar's website isn't even that old. Like 2-3 years tops. Their old static one was better. This new one is an abortion.
Also, Canpar works great if you can ship to your work and be there. Sucks if you ship to your house.
Also looking at this but that's my entire budget on firearms for the year, but would they fuck me cause it's not an 'obsolete' caliber? Or again should I care what criminals and thrives say?
44 russian yes.
44 special no as the cartidge was designed in 1907 after the antique time period cut-off.
It could be that the 44 special gun was made as a different caliber and converted which people do to 455 Webley guns so i guess it still flies.
If you got caught concealing an antique you would most likely be charged but can beat that charge easily.
An antique used in the commission of a crime is considered a firearm. ie. armed robbery, threating people, assault, murder, etc.
Shit i'm tired.
For SD with an antique you would probably be charged but another easy win assuming you can prove your life was in danger. As SD with a firearm is legal in life threatening circumstances.
What if you have charges already for being with the wrong person but have very dangerous criminals after you and have received phone calls saying your gonna end.up in a trunk? We're talking HA or something.
I'm asking this all for a friend, and me aswell, I have a rpal, my friend doesn't, she's just scared for her life right now and I'm trying to help out. Neither of us have faith in the rcmp keeping her safe
Didnt realize you cunts had a general.
Could you guys plz name some choice antique firearms that are legal under the Canadian system...outlined in that thread I made that no one wants to fucking post in lol
I have a cousin who is like a bull dyke farm girl with absolutely zero reason and logic, who starts dramas in the family over almost nothing at all and is petty and on twitter etc.. and she joined the RCMP.
Not very high standards is all I can say, probably like in the US where they turn you down if youre too smart.
So whats the deal with the ammunition, Im guessing the law excludes all modern types and its a pain in the ass to refill them or something?
Also, more suggestions that arent 2k would be nice lol
Well I mean the antique ammunition obviously is pretty rare, do people make modern reproductions of old ammunition styles for reasonable prices?
I dont know much about guns, I understand rimfire is less optimal as compared to center fire, but I wouldnt rule it out entirely.
How about some shotguns? Availability of ammunition and suggestions etc
Yes you can get modern production 38 rimfire, 41lc, and 44russian, it doesn't need to be actually antique, and most antique shotguns are muzzle loaders or Damascus steel and need brass shells otherwise they'll explode
Like would this not be an effective shotgun? Looks pretty nice for 650.
Not a crime to defend yourself if you're about to be killed. No sane jury would convict someone of defending themselves with a 100+ year old obsolete revolver. Some how a 75 year old semi obsolete pistol is worse cause it semi auto and more dangerous.
HD with a firearm is legal, but don't assume you can legally carry an antique because "it's really, REALLY old, guyz!" You think more people wouldn't carry if that was the case?
So if we're referring to HD, I have better guns for that. And antique or not, CC is illegal, and you will get screwed for it. So I'll carry my preferred pistol, thanks.
As long as you load the mag wearing gloves and sprint several kilometres without a break it doesn't matter what you carry, it's only illegal if you get caught. And I doubt the rcmp would aggressively pursue a case of chief alcohol syndrome the meth dealer being shot to death in a shady part of city, if your not retarded you'll get away, probably more than once
You can't have something for the purpose of defending yourself but you CAN use items to defend yourself, right?
So you could in theory have some reproduction scutum and a long hard phallus shaped object for defense and when questioned, you can say you had them around because you're into Roman LARPing. Complete with battles and orgies.
This is possible, right?
Alright, then to play Devil's advocate: the problem with legalizing weed is that people who wouldn't try it when it was illegal will now be more likely to do so. We saw this in the US with Prohibition- contrary to many views, alcohol consumption decreased during Prohibition and increased afterwards. It will also be easier for the underaged to toke up.
This is troubling because there are several studies that strongly suggest marijuana is not a good thing for developing brains. It's one thing for an adult to smoke up but another entirely for a teen. Also, modern marijuana has much higher THC and CBD content than older strains, and again the effects of this higher concentration can be a concern for certain vulnerable people. From Wikipedia:
"... a number of reviews have concluded that cannabis use only results in a significant increase in risk of psychosis when coupled with additional risk factors, in particular, an underlying genetic vulnerability."
In other words, we have a greater chance of exposing people with that greater risk of psychosis if we legalize marijuana (leading to increased use).
There, an argument.
No, but it will still suck, you want to be able to convince the prosecutors you were in fear of your life when you shot (IE you have to shoot them in the front so they can't say they were retreating) and expect to get charged with by law on the book which will steadily be dropped as the court date approaches and you continue to refuse plea bargains.
>Don't take the plea bargains unless you think you'll actually lose in court, but remember that self defense with a gun is legal if you thought your life was in danger.
Id say that its just as easy for kids to get ahold of it now with sales being in the hands of shady individuals. Legalization would bring stronger regulation and stiffer penalties for people who provide it to minors.
Right now there is no "legal age" for marijuana so there is no seperate law regarding kids in possession of it or it being sold to them.
It's slightly harder now because it's generally harder to get weed than if it was legal for an adult to buy. Legalization takes out the first hurdle for an adult to sell to a minor- getting the marijuana in the first place.
> Legalization would bring stronger regulation and stiffer penalties for people who provide it to minors.
We could have stiffer penalties for giving marijuana to a minor now even if it's still illegal for an adult. We could just create a separate offense- giving weed to a kid- and add an appropriately stiff sentence on top of the possession of weed charge.
But beyond that, if we legalize marijuana for adults but keep it illegal for the underaged, we still have the crime problem.
Don't forget DUI charges need to be formatted for legal weed to work, namely was is the legal level of THC in the blood for driving (equivalent to a BAC) and how do you detect it in a roadside setting.
You have nothing to worry about. You have to be literally retarded to fail BMQ, and even then they'll try their hardest to push you through. It's a fucking joke.
>But beyond that, if we legalize marijuana for adults but keep it illegal for the underaged, we still have the crime problem.
If we look at the way underage people acquire cigarettes, we can see that this does not follow. Rather than having to go specifically to an illicit cigarette dealer, any teen can simply ask one of his friends' older siblings or acquaintances and get straw-purchased cigs no problem. Same with alcohol. And we can expect the same to happen with marijuana.
So while it is true that there will still be "crime" in the sense of illegal straw purchases, it will not be the same kind of crime associated with drugs today (ie. organized crime and gang-violence).
That's right, but we still end up with the problem of more young people using marijuana and the attendant risks associated with marijuana use and developing brains.
Anyways, that's about all the Devil's Advocate I can handle for now. I think I would find it very amusing if weed users had to jump through the same hoops as gunowners, however.
There is just short of 8000 people in a facebook group promoting the petition that started a month ago so expect at least 8000 signature. I'll be spamming it to anyone bro enough to sign guns or no guns.
I've done my part, but I won't hold my breath that this will actually accomplish anything, especially with Justin "Empower the Police" Trudeau in charge.
I would absolutely love for ARs to become NR. I wish I could be given a reason for why it's Restricted and so stigmatized, but antis literally can't think of anything other than "it looks like the automatic M4 that the military uses, so therefore it IS one". I want someone who is passionately anti-guns to sit down with me and carefully explain using actual, fact-based reasons why the AR15 specifically needs to be so controlled.
>Just look at it! It looks like the gun our military uses!
>LOOK AT IT
>No, I don't really know how it works, or what makes it so special compared to other guns...
>BUT JUST LOOK AT IT
>THAT'S ALL THE REASON YOU NEED
Plus that whole thing with the Blaze-47 is enough to give me an ulcer.
Well what about those refugees? They kinda look like terrorists, so maybe we should prohibit them too.
Oh, and anything that has ever personally scared me; it should be banned, because if it looks a certain way and hurts my faggot bitch nigger feelings, it shouldn't be allowed.
