What's wrong with either of these things? I shoot competition with 10mm because of the bonus points you get, not to mention carrying it as a bear-defense round.

My SP101 in .327 FedMag is a great gun. Easily controllable, accurate, slim, and just generally nice.

10mm is fucking garbage, it's just a fatass 9mm with no consideration for actually improving the ballistics. There's a reason most widely adopted calibers aren't just (previous caliber+1).
There's a lot that goes into consideration when trying to devise a new caliber or load and 10mm just ignores all that in favor of "it's bigger!"

At least other meme calibers like .40S&W and .357Sig tried to actually achieve a specific ballistic niche. Even if those niches were worthless.

I'm not a big revolver fan but if it's what you choose and it's what you decide to train with and get good at and it's what you shoot the best then by all means.
