If I didn't have these huge hands, I would have gotten the smaller one, because It can print bad sometimes. Or, at least I feel it does. Other than that, it's great. If you can get away with a bigger gun, even better.
It's the "extended" mag. I don't see how, but it squeezes in 2 more rounds.
Are you the guy that the Alien Gear didn't fit right? I still don't understand it. I'm tempted to send you one of mine to see if it fits.
Only thing I've ever seen as far as aftermarket is a grip plug like they make for glocks, and some guy makes some kind of replacement guide rod. I haven't looked in a while, but I doubt there is much more. The interest in them seemed to lose steam.
It really, really doesn't. The first few times I saw it, I assumed it was Glock trying something new and worried that the 19 I was planning on buying would be stuck looking like shit unless I stripped it. Thankfully, that's not the case.
>those look like bigfoot tracks, got any stories?
It's funny but just today I was innawoods and I heard 4 scream noises. They were about 4 seconds long followed by a 2 second pause. Weren't wolves or Coyotes, didn't sound like a Raven or a Blue Heron. Never heard anything like it and definitely wasn't people.
damn, would be cool to capture that on camera. what state? did you hear the noises at night or day while sun was out? most stories i read seem to place bigfoot as being nocturnal
these tracks are fake, sketched in sand, its obvious
these tracks are from a 4 legged beast, it's obvious
this nigga is talking shit, it's obvious
grow the fuck up /k/ and stop trying to justify owning some shitty 10mm
>jelly here. do you ever go gold prospecting?
The Alaska Frontier show is a homestead but they have a business there. Also they have roads to there house.
For when you absolutely wanna make sure that even a 350 pound muscle mountain will drop with the first round from your ankle gun and set his clothes afire when hes closer than 9 feet
>I don't see how
Because it sticks out a lot more than the original flush mags
Seriouly fuck Steyr for not knowing how to magazine
>all S9 pistols ship with plastic-limited 10rnd magazines (look like ban-state mags), because they never actually made proper 12rnd mags for it
>started shipping all other 9mm pistols, including the C9, with extended 17rnd magazines, because fuck you if you want to carry it
Very happy with it so far, I live in South Florida so anything bigger would print on what I wear daily.
>.32acp gained extreme popularity and was successfully used by police worldwide from it's creation in 1899 until 1984, when it was finally phased out in favor of 9mm by Germany
Still waiting on a holster for the Micro Eagle. Until then it's riding in my coat's inside pocket.
Also waiting on a new holster for the FNS to accommodate its TLR-3.
>tfw PJ Holsters doesn't make anything for weaponlights
>tfw having to buy something inferior
feels bad man
Fits in any pocket nicely & a holster with out printing.
>Because it sticks out a lot more than the original flush mags
No shit, but it doesn't seem to add enough for 2 more rounds. And the extended mags don't change enough to make it not carryable. Stop being a whiny bitch.
New PPS M2. I'll stick with my original but the ergos look nice.
I've only fired a few thousand rounds through it so far. Some people claim it has some kickback to it but as a scrawny ass 130pound guy I can tell you I have no issues going through a 200 rounds at a time. I really like the grip on the BRG as compared to the rest. Trying to remember what I've all shot through it usually what ever is the cheapest and I haven't had a single miss fire yet.
do you mostly hang out by yourself in the wilderness or have a buddy with you when doing that stuff? i guess the danger of being out on your own is probably half the fun but still would make me nervous
I think the biggest issue with the VP9 is light springs combined with an open striker channel. I think it would be more reliable if the rear was closed off like on the Glocks and M&Ps; also some extra power springs. I think it's a fine gun, but of lesser quality than their other offerings.
>not carrying a weaponlight
Keep up with new technology, /k/
There are dozens of us. This is my m9 in a RawDog Tactical IWB holster. Fits like a dream.
Thinking is at least 1/3 battle. The rest is a red haze of operating and mt dew.
The m952v is worth like $75-$100. They are everywhere. Thank god for incompetent military record keeping, otherwise the civilian market would have to pay inflated retail prices for this shit.
$95 second or third hand but functioning like new. Also came with that stupid expensive rail switch (not the tape one).
What single stack 9mm do you /k/ommandos recommend for carry in the People's Reublic of California?
Carries a revolver (looks nice BTW) and calls a motorcycle a motorbike. You sir are either >60 years old or maybe just not from America.
Barrel length isn't really a big factor in concealment, grip length is. Think about where a gun will be carried. For most people, it's in an inside-waistband holster in the pants. The barrel is pointed down, into your pants. The grip sticks out from your waistline. When you bend over, the grip pokes out, a larger grip pokes out more and is less concealable.
was thinking about getting this for carry
just got this and have been carrying it, otherwise i usually carry my vp9 or hk45c
