I could do that in my sleep. i need some fat burning shit that involves pratical training at the same time. I already do martial arts (Krav Maga, Hapkido, Kung fu) but not regularly enough to maintain fitness. I want some fun shit like tire throwing or something.

Forgot to mention in an earlier post, if you a fatass degenerate smoker like I was, it probably took YEARS to get yourself in that shape. Don't expect to become an Olympian in 2 weeks. It will take months if not YEARS of committed hard work and discipline to fix it.

That isn't as hard as it sounds though.
What do you want to achieve? Set goals. Do you want your friends/coworkers to respect you more? Do you want that hot chick to notice you? Do you want to conquer your social anxiety? Do you want to run that marathon? Do you want to participate in that 3gun tournament? Whatever it is make a note of it and work towards it every day. Baby steps, dont overwhelm yourself with unrealistic goals. Its all right there for the taking, all you have to do is fucking take it like the man you are.

I'd think that closest to a trap gun might be ar-15 due to the multiple different calibers that still use the standard .223/5.56 mags, like .50 Beowulf, .458 SOCOM etc.

Is there a version of that couch to 5k that starts off with more than 12 minutes of exercise? I can already jog/run longer than that and I want to burn more calories.

Check out Zombies 5k app for Android. I'm pretty sure it's for iPhone too and maybe even Windows phone. It's way more intensive.

Also if you can already do that you can try doubling the times or start from a further point.

I mainly drive an hour to Lopen ampumaurheilukeskus when shooting, because there tends to be plenty of room and they have toimintamontut. Sadly I haven't been shooting for a couple of months, but hopefully I'll get to participate in two tactical courses next month.

I'll shoot SRA and IPSC, even have a NROI status.

I'm not in the Porvoo Gun Club and that's why I can't shoot there in Munkkala.

I do my shooting in Joensuu, 400 clicks away. Spend most of my free time there and will be moving there this autumn because University and shit. I can't wait; I have a private farm (my uncle owns the place) there and I can shoot anytime I want.

Still debating whether I should apply for new permits before moving there as I have no idea how strict their policy on gun permits is. I've been looking for a SVD for a long time and finally found one, also I think it's about time to get that goddamn black powder revolver I've been longing for.
