The real question is how has humanity not gone extinct yet in chicago
This is why Europe needs guns.

Don't be such a fag. They're just trying to share their culture.
"cultural enrichment" their culture is hatred and fear.
Will 10mm Auto ever be as popular as the other three?

No.

If deus ex happens, then yes.
I dont know, can you repeat the question?
Battle Rifle General /brg/
Post your battle rifles, and battle rifle accessories.
Happy Sunday, /brg/, does anyone happen to own a Z24 scope, or a Hensoldt ZF mod two? Pic is of my rifle, although I've replaced the stock to match as well as installed a metal lower.

Questions that don't deserve their own thread/stupid questions thread.
Post your retarded questions here.
I'll start by posting two questions unanswered from the previous thread.
1- Let's say I found a loaded gun in my basement, after three decades of not being touched. What kind of maintenance do I need to perform in order for it to be fully operational?
2- In America, can tourists (non-citizens) shoot stuff at the ranges?

>1- Let's say I found a loaded gun in my basement, after three decades of not being touched. What kind of maintenance do I need to perform in order for it to be fully operational?
Pictures would be helpful but heres some general things you can do.
First make sure unload and clear
Secondly assess the condition (surface rust, does the action cycle freely and return to closed when released, trigger/hammer works)
If you cannot unload or clear chamber take it to a gunsmith
If its not rusty and appears to be in working order, oil it and its good to go
If its not cycling well it probably needs new springs, oil first and recheck.

>2- In America, can tourists (non-citizens) shoot stuff at the ranges?
Yes
>>34359005
>1- Let's say I found a loaded gun in my basement, after three decades of not being touched. What kind of maintenance do I need to perform in order for it to be fully operational?
Probably nothing, aside from the normal maintenance you'd do to any other object - i.e., cleaning off rust, replacing springs, applying lubricant, etc.
>2- In America, can tourists (non-citizens) shoot stuff at the ranges?
Yes.

All writing is welcome, even if it's only tangentially related to /k/.
Give thanks to Polybus and Archivefag for keeping /wfg/ afloat.
It's been unscientifically proven that a lack of (you)s for writers can lead depression, alcoholism, story abandonment, and an hero.
But it's so easy to make a difference in a writer's life. Just one (you) a day can make the difference between a happy writer and a writer on permanent hiatus.
Please, post now. Help make a writer's day.

What does /k/ think of child soldiers? How efficient are they? Are they cost effective? How would the US or NATO as a whole deal with fighting a country that employs children in its ranks? Would you hesitate to kill a few dozen?
>>34392549
>How efficient are they?
They aren't even remotely effective, which is why only shit-tier third nation countries use them
>>34392549
Cost effective? Hell no, they lose valuble weapons and ammo all the time and usually don't follow orders, and they don't have the endurance or upper body strength of an adult.
>>34392549
Not efficient, effective, or moral. Pretty heartbreaking too, actually. You can pretty much guarantee if you use child soldiers then anyone who captures you isn't going to be gentle.
Hey K my Mosin Nagant trigger wont reset so when I dissembled it, this little piece fell out: What do?

Navy fags, any of you know this girl, or know of the "incident" on her ship that gave her PTSD? I need some insight because I want to expose the abuse of PTSD diagnosis's for sympathy special status but I need to make sure she is or is not legit. http://popularmilitary.com/thieves-targeting-firework-signs-navy-veteran-suffering-ptsd/?utm_source=The+Salty+Soldier

The 10/22 and model 60 are among the best and most sold 22's in america so which is the better pew pew.
>>34379125
10/22 - removable magazines, wide variety of aftermarket accessories and parts available, reasonably cheap, good performance, etc.
>>34379125
Marlin's got more pew pew in ban states like CA, which specifically exempt .22 tube mags from the AW 10+ mag cap ban. That's why I bought mine, all those years back.

Thinking of getting a gun from a pawn shop. Any tips for a young fresh slab of meat like myself?

Go in there like the calmest nicest guy, that way you can dissemble and verify as many serials as you can and all the other stuff like condition. Throw in some sir's for the fuck of it.
>>34390766
Why though?
You know you could buy some old milsurp / refurbished beretta or CZ that will be a thousand times better than Tyron'es Hipoint right?
Literally check gunbroker until you find a decent CZ there if you're short on money my dude.
