Hard to beat the Shield or the LC9s. I really wanted to like the Nano, but it's a bit overpriced, the trigger isn't that great, and the magazine disconnect killed it for me.

When things like the LC9 and shield exist, it's really blocky in comparison and wasn't comfortable. Personally not a big fan of the appearance either.

Settled on the Kahr CM9, which is super comfy, even for my big hands.

I was just thinkingyesterday that it was an OK gun. It just didn't fit my preferences in general. It was my first striker-fired gun. I really am not into guns of that size in calibers over .380 ACP but yes that is one great 9 mm to conceal and pocket carry in a larger pocket. Nothing noteworthy when it comes to shooting it.

If you do take the plunge, obviously they have to cost way less than I paid for it then so get a good deal. You can change the frame to different colors if that's your thing. And this is so obvious from looking at it: get the grip extenders for the magazine floorplates because you cannot get a good grip on flush-fit mags.

Hit or miss. I tried a ton of the crap in it when I was a teen (I miss the 90s). It's a great place to start if you're dead set on being arrested. The edition I had included most of the bomb types used during Columbine and the pressure cooker used in Boston. I seem to remember it having suggestions for urban warfare tactics. Again, it's hit or miss, but if you are expecting to battle in a city or against your government, it's a good place to start reading
