fill this with mace balls and bring it to a protest, what happens?
>>34601718
Literally just chuck nades
Or invest in an m79 and use tear gas or mace
>>34601718
Those protesters will feel the bern. That or you get arrested for assault. That's assuming that the gun can shoot the balls fast enough to make them splatter.
>>34601752
Don't you need a license for one of those?
>>34601718
that'll make some Nazis cry
AHAHAHAHA How can Russians get so shit. The F-35 can do these and eat pancakes at the same time. Why not just buy Chinese? The J-31 is a superior analog of the F-35 and has no equal in the world.
>>34601709
>The F-35 can do these and eat pancakes at the same time
True. I saw it at the Paris air show and the whole world was speechless.
You got it the wrong way around, Chinese military aviation needs to buy Russian to copy their upgrades.

F-35 cannot do that.
Most everyone I talk to agree if the public hadn't turned against the war over Tet, the commies probably would've had a year or two tops before they were facing a full collapse.
We basically withdrew at the cusp of victory, but how much longer would it have taken to unite the country under the South or at least forced the North to the bargaining table on our terms?
>>34601662
We did do that. Nixon cut a deal with the North. Then he resigned, and Democrats repealed his deal to cut on costs
>>34601662
War is an extension of politics. The politics of the situation was intertwined deeply with Vietnam.
The Vietnam war was an asymmetric hybrid type conflict, and the mistake of the US was to treat it like a conventional conflict. We counted our wins by how high the bodies were stacked, and that is not a metric you win this kind of war by.
Had we stayed in Vietnam to enjoy our "victory" it would have been marked by constant unrest and violent insurgency. With very little direct gain to the US itself while we continued to support the nation at great expense. ASW is won by making the insurgent ideal irrelevent, and we couldn't have done that becuase the USSR would have propped up insurgent forces for as long as the US military was there.
>>34601662
I think the VC would still pose a problem since you really can't fight guerillas integrated into the population without exterminating the population so there are no more guerillas
I was looking for a thread centered around military wear and the only milsurp thread is centered around guns, on top of that the only thread on here about clothing is about everyday wear.
Well, I want a thread centered around equipment, clothing, and uniforms used in militaries worldwide.
I'll start by sharing my Alpenflage winter uniform.
TASS-90 (I believe), cheap shit online for a parka/trouser combo.
M-1971 Swiss helmet with Alpenflage cover.
Austrian Bundesheer paratrooper boots. (mine were made in 2003, thanks Kommandostore!)
The strap running across my body is a Polish OM14 gas mask bag, wanted something to look like some sort of utilities bag for the picture, will probably post an update when I get a harness for it.
CYMA underfold AK, yeah, I'm into airshit, but it's far cheaper than ordering a replica or a real firearm just for collection purposes.
Working on buying a SIG-552 from a friend to complete the Swiss look.
Feel free to share photos, info, sites, and more pertaining to military wear/hardware.
>>34601654
Damnit, OP here, forgot to add:
Wearing an OD US tanker's shroud, IDK what year it's from, forgot.
Will provide info in a later major post.
Bumping with a Polish Army photo C. 1990-2000.
Bump, come on, /k/, I know at least someone out there has one piece of interesting military equipment.
Where has the run gone?

Let's talk about the comedy that is black fascists instead.
>>34601466
Is this real?
Hey, 9mmfags. Why is 9mm almost never used for hunting? I'll tell you why, because it's weaksauce.
>>34601317
Not an argument. 9mm is a pussy round, and you can't prove otherwise.
9mm is for children, nu-males and girls. 9mm does jackshit for a roided giganigger who is berserk. If you cannot shoot 10mm reliably, you should not be owning a gun. Period.

AR's can be significantly cheaper to produce. Aluminum billet + CNC macine and you are well on your way to being an AR manufacturer.

After years of building Bug Out Bags, INCH stuff and everything survival I can ruck for 3 days to a year I've always wondered what you guys would consider never needing something else.
I'm looking for a one-and-done list of bomb-proof items to carry as an EDC level one all the way to a level 3 Bag of stuff so tough it'll outlast my grandchildren.
Through all season changes.
Through any type of weather.
Spare no expense.

Handgun is a sig 320 carry in 45acp. I already edc this, so at a minimum I would have my level 1 and level 2 on hand in my car.
And depending on the situation and how much time or space i had to take rifles...
I have an ar15 that weighs 6lbs with optic. This would be my go to gun.
If i could, I would also take my 10/22 that i have in a magpul backpacker stock, weighs about 3-4lbs.
And in a dream scenario, i would also grab my bolt rifle.
There are no last forever gear. Only last at least a decade gear
Hey /k/ommandos I'm a straight up faggot for the M1 Garand and I found one in great condition for $600 at a local shop. Should I spring for it? Talk to me about the pros and cons of this gun.
