America ARG with the 15th MEU is moving to relieve the Bataan ARG in the Red Sea. First deployment of an America-class LHA.
The Ronald Reagan Carrier Strike Group and the Bonhomme Richard Expeditionary Strike Group completed the Talisman Saber exercise in Australia. They tested the up-gunned ESG concept with 2 joint amphibious landings with Australian forces. The USS Wasp will replace the Richard later this year with the first deployment of F-35Bs.
The Nimitz CSG is moving to relieve the GHWB CSG for strikes on ISIL.
The Truman is on sea trials in the Atlantic after it's maintenance period.

What are some pistols usually considered to have "good" triggers? I have a browning hi power and everyone says it has a shitty trigger but I've never had a problem with it.

Ive got two question in this thread to anyone who knows the answer.
Im going to college soon and am going to be doing Marine option ROTC, so I have a few, possibly retarded questions
First, sidearms. I know all officers are issued a sidearm, I also know folks in special forces get to choose their own sidearms from home, so would I be allowed to bring my Government 1911 (pic related) with me into service? Variants of the 1911 and 45 acp are issued by the military.
next, how much control over gear on my rifle would I get? Ive fired many Ar-15s with different front grips, and I really like the front grip that was on the M-16A1 variant. So would that be something I would be allowed to stick on my m16A4 if I get one?
Im sorry if I killed some of your brain cells but ive heard people on the internet go one way or another based on their experience.

If no, then no you don't get to carry your own sidearm or gear. The most you can do gear-wise is bring a few extra pieces of carabiners or an extra poncho or whatever.

Likelihood is yes, but it would be a retaliatory war. SK only talks reunification, the reality is it would economically wreck South Korea dragging the northern peninsula out of the pre-industrial hellhole the majority of the country is in. It'd be a mess for a couple decades and there would still be like the reintegration between east and west germany.
