Not specifically. Most of that kit will be Chinese produced gear, which is largely copied off American gear. The only thing in that pic of clear NorK origin is the helical mag, which (as everyone knows by now) has never been demonstrated by any source to be actually functional.

At most home defense/ self defense distances however there really isn't enough distance to see much of a difference so most home defense shotguns default to the cheaper improved or cylinder choked barrels. Full and modified are mostly used for hunting guns.
