/k/,
If you were to lead an expedition into uncharted areas of sub-Saharan Africa (such as deep in the Congo), what weapon would you make standard for the members of your expedition?

It's either that or an FAL. The continent is flooded with them.
>>34780081
Unironically? The magic jew gun. Either that or an AUG.
Probably Mk 18s because the lines of sight will be so small that you don't need that much range, and you don't want to be carrying very much weight in that heat.
Also, permethrin on absolutely fucking everything.
Hello K board.
I was told from reddit to visit here to show you allmy new gun. I bought it at a gun show for $250. It is a Glock chambered in 45, so I am assuming it is a glock 45?
I bought it used in my new state of texas, I was told it was a great way to make friends, I moved from california so I don't know a lot of things about guns, I was a little disturbed that this gun could only hold 9 rounds since I wanted an 11 round clip to post on facebook, but I am happy with this.
How did I do guys?

Post timesamp, troll.
Rules:
1. Watch a full DVD of any tactical instructing company (i.e. Magpul)
2. Each time a tacticool term is used, you call it out as loud as you can and drink
3. Terms that qualify are: workspace, sul, weapons system/platform, ping pong (paddle), urban prone, etc.
4. Constant repetitions of words ("exshbeshally"), redundant statements/unfunny jokes, autistic screaming/gestures and goofy fails by the students justify call-out and drinking
Anybody ever got one of these? Traditions "build it yourself" kits. Just got the Kentucky (pic related, not mine but same kit) today. Tips for putting it together?
One issue I've immediately noticed is that the trigger guard is not going to fit into place without about a half inch more room, so that's either a lot of filing of the wood or a lot of filing with the metal. Thoughts? Good instructional videos?

>Tips?
Measure twice, cut once. It's much easier to make sure what you're doing is done right than correcting mistakes where you fucked up because you were too hasty or tried to improvise.
>>34779931
Absolutely, thanks anon. Both my parents are big into woodworking so I've got a pretty good handle on that side of things.
Actually what would be awesome is just some video instructions that just show them assembling and fitting everything together. All I can find are videos where people are showing off the progress of their current builds rather than just simple "Here's what to do, here's how you do it."

not that gun but same concepts pretty fun to watch this and the swivel gun being finished
I know about the gun somewhat.
>only payed $100
>dude didn't have a clue what it was
but besides that i need help with the markings and what they mean.
i have seen prices all over the place but was valued at 900 by a collector that didn't know much but had a few civilian models.
what does /k/ think its worth?
markings engraved in handle
reichsrevolvers were a hodgepodge of stuff, almost every major plant in germany made them at some point.
check the serials on all the parts, virtually everything big enough to be engraved should have a number on it.
markings on back. (for battalion i believe)
Ok /k/ say it with me: There is no such thing as an illegal firearm.

Type "gun" into Google images, the Nth result (where N=your age) is now the only gun you can use for the rest of your life. Post results.

>>34779568
No
Now go buy another M&P like a good goy and remember to vote democrat
>>34779568
Probably not.
DESU, the HH doesn't really bug me. I have a 686 with the lock and have shot some pretty hot stuff through it in the 2 years I've owned it. Never had the lock engage on me.
Probably the only time I'll ever by an S&W revolver without the lock is for a discontinued gun, like the Model 15 or Model 19.
Boatsluts and swordsluts are old hat, gunsluts are the hot new trend.

What's the single coolest combat related death you have either seen on the internet, witnessed in real life, or heard about?
Almost impossible kills, luck of the draw kills, weird kills, kills that made you feel satisfied as fuck, anything you can think of.

A local man from Fillmore, California, laid an ambush for a group of taliban fuckers in Afghanistan, his whole squad lit em up. While they were checking bodies, one guy was playing dead, and started hand to hand combat with this 19 year old kid. He stabbed him in the eye and killed him and it made the paper. They brought him home a war hero. I'll try to dig up the article.
