Its a compromise round.
It's really only a meme because of the glock grenade meme. Prior to that set of events it was a somewhat well received round.
I own a Gen4 Glock 22 and I love the way it shoots.
It's all personal preference really and /k/ can't stop sucking mad dick and fanboying over their preferred caliber long enough to just admit anything above a .380 is a perfectly fine carry round.

Okay, so I'm kind of new to body armor, I ordered myself some CATI AR500 plates (with trauma pads) and I happened to completely forget that Spalling was a thing, so I ordered some spall blocker inserts, is there anything else that I need to do or something that will help with the problem of spalling?

There's a Federal Law that allows you to transport weapons across all 50 states including Indian reservations. I don't know what it's called I'm not a nerd.
Just have them unloaded and in the trunk/trailer.
I had a prick stop me at the New Mexico border. Asked me if I was a citizen. So I said, "yeah" then he said "what country?".
Umm "America". I'm white as fuck, I don't know why they told me to go to checkpoint B. They searched my car. I had a flake jacket and several empty government magazines. I told the Mexican cop who was searching my white American ass I was stationed at camp Pendleton. He let me go.
Long story short you're gonna get hassled, but if you're legal, you're ok. Fucking unAmerican, those stupid fucking checkpoints.
The local gunshop has a Polish Makarov p-64
For sale for about 120$. (Is this actually a makarov, or a walther copy?)
And Is this a good deal for one of these pistols? I really dont like that its a 6+1 capacity, however its so stupidly small and cheap I cant see a reason to pass on it.
Yes I know the DA requires retard strength to use, but this can be remedied with a spring replacement.

I like mine. For the price it's a very well made gun. Though you'll want to find some thicker aftermarket grips if you plan on shooting it a lot. The snap can be quite a bitch even for experienced shooters.

The P-64 is not a Makarov, it just fires the same caliber (9x18).
Whether it's a good gun depends on who you ask. Most seem to agree that the DA trigger is horrible.
