Why does S&W want to push this meme so fucking much? I swear if they stopped with this shit, the gun would be automatically TOP 5, no questions about it.
>>35170328
they do anything else they get sued by glock or some other company for stealing a good trigger design
>>35170381
Ruger American Pistol has a bladed trigger, so does the LCP.
???
>>35170381
This. Glock was hard as fuck on S&W when they entered the poly striker market, trying to find anything they could sue for.
I'll add that the M&P line is #1 for me with an Apex trigger upgrade.
I chipped my brand new M1A.
god
damnit.....
So how was your day /k?
>>35170262
Dude, shoot the damn thing, don't obsess over it.
Throw it away
Getting ready to drop 8k on a 338 plus scope with my salmon money. peobably going to go hog hunting after I've ran 20 rounds through it.
Why is this gun impossible to find new except from an auction site. Did something happen where they don't make new ones anymore?
we wuz james bond
We wuz concealed carry and shiieet

I'm with you, OP. They seem very hard to find. Of course there are many better options practically speaking but it's a gun I've heard most dudes say they'd like to own one day.
>>35170247
Check your offline LGSs, they sometimes have a few Interarms PPK/S floating around.
hey /k/ I am a completely gun-illiterate canadian city-dwelling person
I have had absolutely no thoughts good or ill about guns, to be honest, but I think the Beretta 85fs is the fucking sexiest thing I have ever seen in my life. Assuming I go through whatever hoops are necessary to hold one, am I better off buying the first gun that I actually gave a shit about, or am I better off listening to advice from people who ostensibly know their shit who recommend X or Y as "starter" guns?
also: try and find a sexier gun goddamn this shit is so cute.
Metal-frame handguns are sex
Everyone will recommend you get some plastic fucking Glock instead, ignore them

Unfortunately the 81 to 85 are all under 105mm barrel length which makes them prohibited and unobtainable in Canada. The 86 with the tip up barrel is over 105mm however, but I would imagine it would be hard to find one in Canada. The 87 and 89 are also over 105mm, but are chambered in .22LR instead of .380 ACP.
>>35170088
fucking balls, goddamn shit
the tip-up barrel does look pretty neat
I guess hard to find is better than illegal to own. Thanks for the info, chum
I know it's not really /k/ related, but I like /k/s opinions on apparel.
Winter is coming and I'm in the market for a warm, durable jacket. I live in Wisconsin, so winters can get pretty brutal.
What do you guys like to wear?
>>35169953
My black wool car coat is my favorite everyday winter coat, but probably not warm enough for Wisconsin winters.
Ww2 repro german parka. Very very warm, reversable fall and winter sides (you can see the white in the hood) i bought mine used 60 dollars. I wear it hunting
>>35169953
A modern hooded jacket insulated with either 800+ FP goose down or Primaloft.
That way I don't look like a turbo autist 24/7 and it's lighter and warmer than any wool coat ever made.

Someone wanna explain this shit to me?

Who cares. This just means the europe is more secure than fatland, as always

While I don't want to build too much hype, I figure we can have a reasonable discussion about this given that a bill for deregulating suppressors has actually gotten out of committee.
Is anyone here looking forward to the possibility of experimenting with their own suppressor designs in the event of the SHARE act actually passing? If so what do you want to try? I plan on building something simple at first with baffles formed out of freeze plugs, but I'm somewhat interested in how quiet a can with a significant amount of wipes can be in comparison.
Any anons here with the technical knowhow who want to try to replicate that sealed silent ammunition?
I forgot to add, is anyone else considering any builds with permanently attached suppressors so that the barrel+suppressor is 16" long?
>>35169348
>reasonable discussion
give me ideas i'm to stoopid to design on my own
>>35169348
why dont you just get a """muzzle break""" and a """case""" for it?
Poorfags, post your collection. Pic related, my Maverick 88 for home and my ruger lcp as a ccw. Also some random knife my best m8 gave to me
>>35169312
My pistol cost more than my rifle.
Not my entire collection, just the only pic I have on hand.
:^)

When did you realize that /k/ actually means /k/eystone state?
>>35169175
Always meant that too me.
> nothing quite like PA superiority
All of these are honeypots. Every. Single. One.
On the subject of PA, where is a good place to live? Looking to get out of NY, is there anywhere where that has ample job ops but still kind of rural?
I'm in the museum field so that usually means I have to be somewhat close to a city
Anybody else gonna be doing the clown shit this October?

Stuff like this makes it hard to find out if somebody carries or not, but there are legal ways to find out, like approaching them prior to clowning in an intimidating manner and seeing how they react. Just don't be an autist once things heat up.
What kind of weapon could have the described effects? Have Cubans really developed the cutting edge in nonlethal weaponry?
>>35169014
Shitty electrical wiring can do thing like that.
>>35169042
Maybe, but it's only US and Canadian diplomats having these problems.
It was weaponised Vuvuzela
Burials are useless, and urns full of ashes are useful only as decoration.
I think it'd be really neat if, when I die, my bones are removed and incorporated into weapons or other items that can be given to my family.
What would be the best weapons to make using human bones, in terms of appearance/functionality?
A solid-bone-handle knife or revolver? A semi-automatic handgun with bone grips?
What about long guns? Are there any human bones large enough to be made into a shotgun or rifle stock?
Could the ribcage be incorporated into armor?
Post your ideas.
what about being compressed into a gem and embedded on your choice of gun? Put the whole family when they die on it? keeps going for generations filling up guns
>>35168706
You'll probably think that's stupid when you grow up.
>>35168706
Fuck off pagan.
I carry the belongings of my fore fathers so i dont squander what the men before me hath wrought. I believe the tools of men are imbibed with their spirit.
Bones are bad JUJU.
Could 20 m777 howitzers have allowed Germany to win Verdun?
>>35168681
Howitzers aren't very useful without ammunition
>>35168681
Nope, would not have made a dent.
>>35168681
No, but 21 probably would have
This gun seems to be incredibly popular. Is this the future of the wheel gun?
>>35168636
No, it's fucking retarded and anyone that falls for it is also retarded and probably commits incest too
>>35168689
It seems pretty cool. .45 acp, .410 and 44 long colt for one gun. All i'm saying is that you need to make up for the limited capacity with something else for it to be viable;
No. The shot shell seems more like a niche gimmick than anything.
