What is the range? Does the firing cmvehicle needs to see the target? What if the target is on the other side of a woods?
LGS has a bunch of these army surplus Glocks going for $299. It doesn't work with normal Glock mags but can be modified to accept normal Glock 19 mags, can you guys explain to be what model this is I've never seen it before? Would it be worth it to buy this then have a gunsmith chop the grips so it accepts regular mags? Searched Glock 19 Model M and nothing shows up. What gen is this?

Dude, that model has the barrel made of aluminum. It isn't meant to fire real ammo, the army bought them to fire blanks to use as starter pistols for the APFT. You should just throw it in the trash.

Say what you will about battleships, but this latest incident with the ship named after a traitor's father has proven that the US Navy is worthless even against civilian targets like an unarmed cargo ship.
A battleship with belt armor and bulkheads 12 inches thick wouldn't have even noticed an oil tanker crashing into it.

Beta C-Mags are still not particularly reliable, and you get a better rate of fire with a SAW. The PKM is in 7.62x54R for much more powerful round power and psychological impact.
In all, LMGs offer much heavier sustained fire than an automatic rifle.

A M249 can lay down more fire given how it can accept both belt-fed and STANAG magazines, as well as being fully automatic. Beta C-Mags jam like crazy.
PKM fires a heavier round than the RPK. Comparing an RPK to a PKM would be comparing the M27 IAR to a M240 relatively speaking.
And LMG can lay down heavier volumes of fire for longer periods of time compared to an assault.
