Should I trade my WASR for this? Of course I'll get rid of the tapco furniture
Excuse the phone pics I'm literally walking out the door as I type this
Here's a pic of the gun but I asked for more, I'm hoping to slap on some wood. What are these worth and what is a WASR worth?
It's a 5.56 Saiga. Think carefully why someone is desperate to trade it for ANY 7.62 AK. There's your answer.
So I was looking at some Steyr rifles, and I came across what looks like an incredible sale/deal.
They're selling a Scout Rifle, 1300$ value, with a 900$ Swarovski Optic, for $2000 total. I'm saving myself $200 bucks. It includes some Leupold mounts as well.
It's a package straight from Steyr Company. Is it too good to be true? Are the Jewing me in some way I am too business illiterate to see?
Here's their site with the deal. Hope you guys can help me decide whether I should pull the trigger (heh) on this gun or not.

>tfw OP links you to a good deal
Thanks OP, you weren't a total faggot today.

You are either dumb or a rep for steyr. This isnt a fantasic deal by any means. Its a good deal, but not great.
Finding an $800 gun in the pawn shop for $125 is a great deal. That shit AR500 had last week, that was a great deal. This is an average deal. If youre buying the gun anyway then go for it. But saving $200 for a rifle is that youre paying for name is kinda bleh.
What weapon should I purchase in bulk so I can profit when the next American Civil War breaks out? Pic is a word cloud of /k/.
Tiki Torches and bandanas seem to be a popular bulk item to sell to both sides

When did this kind of nonsense become acceptable in modern militaries?
Even the RN has more admirals than they do vessels.
Do any /k/ommandos own pic related? If so, what's your opinion on it? Is it worth the read? I remember someone talking about it on here before, so I added it to my readlist and forgot about it since. From a curious anon.
I've been doing quite a bit of research into this. And the winner seem to be...
The H&K Mark 23.
It is an incredibly, overbuilt, huge gun. Made for extreme weather conditions and ultimate reliability. Has been described as the handgun of choice, if you had to take one to hell and back.
On can easily see why this is true. People who own both the USP 45 and the Mark23, automatically note, just how much more sturdy the MK23 is, in comparison to an already extremely reliable and sturdy as it is, USP.
Would you guys agree with these statements? Reason I am asking, is because I want to get the toughest handgun out there in regards to reliability and durability. Having a hard time finding them though, so I'm wondering if I should settle for a USP 45 instead, for second place, is it even second place?
Or are there other guns out there that fit the bill? What does /k/ think? Are there other handguns out there that can handle the abuse these babies can?

>The most durable and reliable gun is going to be the one with the fewest parts to mess up.
So...Makarov?

Hello /k/, in exactly one month I will start serving in the Estonian army for 8 months (conscription).
I am looking for tips to survive it and specifically tips on what kind of own equipment to bring. I would really appreciate anything that our Finnish brothers can tell me as our military/climate is the nearly the same.
I have already decided to order tons of merino socks/underwear from varusteleka and some red-light headlamps
tl;dr: going to conscription, what do I bring with me?

Don't drop the soap and on the first day find the biggest guy and knock him out also if you find candy on your pillow don't eat it.
>>34939660
hurr durr fuck off
A knife, a wristwatch (image related) and a lighter are must have items. Shit to eat while innawoods. Stuff to read in thr barracks.
A multitool can be useful. You really don't need much because the army provides for you.
Regards, finnish second lieutenant.

I love my Danner Mt. Defiance boots and Iron Rangers. Now I'm looking at getting some lower mids or some salomon/keen/merrell shoes. Ignore old AR and old Legion.
The game is simple. Go to gunbroker, look through the showcase and come back with something weird.
