Thank you very much for your serious and detailed response, however there is an issue. These guys use one of those terrible internal inquiry forms that dont register anywhere, and their email is listed nowhere. Usually what i'd do in these cases is as soon as they replied, i would use the mail where the reply originated to never use the form again, but since they havent replied to anything yet, i haven't had that option.
They do, however, have an internal refund policy listed, so maybe that gives me some leverage rather than jumping straight to external action?

When I think of bolters, I always get reminded of the Gyrojet, which is basically a semi-auto pistol with rocket-propelled bullets.
Science probably doesn't work like this, but if you'd scale it up and make the bullets explosive somehow, you'd have something that pretty much resembles a bolter.

The bolter is basically just a gyrojet pistol so yes, it's possible. However, if it were built to spec then a human wouldn't be able to use it. They're designed for people with super-human physiques wearing power armor. A normal human wouldn't even be able to wrap his hand around the grip.

If it's already drilled and tapped, then you just need to buy a mount, a scope, and rings. They all need to be compatible with eachother. For example, if you get a weaver mount, then your rings need to be compatible with weaver mounts. There's different ring sizes too, so 1 inch rings for a scope with a 1 inch diameter, and so on.
