1. why are "carbine conversion kits" for glocks and stuff sold like it's no big deal, but it's a felony to put a stock on your handgun?
2. do pistol carbines legally count as rifles?
if so, why is no.1 not considered an SBR?

For not having to jump through the CMP hoops that is a good price. If you have already jumped the CMP hoops, check against their prices and ask for more pictures of the garand.

That's a pretty good price, normally people try charging $1200+ for a CMP rack grade.
