Thoughts on short-barrel FALs? Help me, /k/, I have such a desire to slap a shorter barrel and Israeli furniture on my L1A1, maybe that DSA rear sight and (somehow) a retro red dot. It's all 100% reversible, and would make for a neat bush gun.

I had a dream where everybody was unemployed due to expansive automation and anybody who wasn't an elite lived off of a trickle of subsidized income via UBI. The worst part was when nobody wanted to try and change shit because they were content with their pitiful lives being filled with entertainment and consumer products.

How do outdoor ranges work? The indoor ones I've been to have a zipline that pulls your target out to whatever yardage you want. But what do I do at an outdoor one? I mean I assume I'm not going to walk out there to tape up some targets right? I'm going this weekend and I don't want to look clueless.

There's been dozens of threads across /k/ and /pol/ asking why Arabs suck so bad in war, so this won't be about that. Instead, lets discuss possible scenarios of fixing them to be more successful in war.
Probably the single biggest factor (in my opinion) is the culture of selfishness that prevades Arabic culture. People are out for themselves and their family. They hoard knowledge and do not train together for fear of being replaced and losing their power. There also seems to be a high level of cowardice (especially in the modern Afghani Army) where they will desert or stop fighting at the first sign of a losing battle. I say "seems" because my only view on this subject is aerial video and ISIS footage of people abandoning their posts so feel free to correct me if my assumption is wrong.
Without a major military culture change, Arabs will be doomed to be the laughing stock of the second world.
