Nova here. Anyone else see all the shit recently about the gun stores being broken into and all the pistols being stolen? Last I saw 3 guys had been arrested and charged for it.

Because the sword is useless in this era where any self-respecting semi-automatic handgun holds over 15 rounds and can be reloaded in less than two seconds. Back when a pistol took a 1/3rd of a minute to reload and could only fire once it made a lot more sense.

Pretty sure this was done irl back in the black powder days by officers and stuff when melee was still common on the battlefield. Especially in a colonial setting where the natives don't have many guns and are determined to get into close quarters to fight. In a modern setting it'd be pretty pointless.

It's not at all how they train. A helmet is a defensive element. Delta doesn't do defense.

They are fully offense and thus mobility is valued over armor.

This is what retards have said about many things throughout history. You know what usually happens? Technological advance comes along and fucks your whole statement up with things like better methods for cheap production, materials advances and help from computer modeling. Everything gets replaced eventually.

I'm sure people thought the same about the musket, moisen, enfield, m1, etc etc etc. Everything gets replaced. Old guns will be there, but new technology happens.

If you have to sell your AR to buy a battle rifle you probably cant afford to shoot it much. I'd say get a PTR or C308 asa starter since mags are dirt cheap. Being a lefty your best option is a SCAR 17s, but that might be put of your budget sk I'd say finger fuck both of them and see what is your preference

Being in school I really don't shoot much anyway, so the cost per round to me means nothing to me. I was really trying to stay under the cost of my AR to not dump anymore cash into the purchase of a fun. I was just worried about me being a lefty because I know some G3-like rifles have that thumb rest on their grips.

I have used other tactical assault gear stuff, specifically the combat sustainment pack. that plate carrier looks a dated, bulky design. itll be fine I guess

but my pack had really shitty stitchig.

No, across the majority of the board their soldiers pretty fucking terrible and their officers... utter shit. But they do have a handful of excellent units (some armour and air), some decent amount of veterans and their mil-int is usually quite good too.
Thing is, they don't have to be the best or even close to the top, just 'good enough' to stop disorganised, inbred arabs.
