Why did nobody tell me it was this fun?
>>33431843
looks so god damn fun

Feral hogs are an incredibly destructive invasive species, this kind of thing is all that can be done to keep their numbers down and even it doesn't work very well.
been thinking about buying pic related but can't find one anywhere, anybody know where i could find one?
>>33463608
They're around.
Usually around $5-700.
Gunbroker and Gunauction - check them daily.
They are not popular, so you should have a good chance of not getting into a bidding war.
What they say about the trigger is true. It sucks.
However, they're simple, easy to clean, and despite the trigger, fun to shoot.
I'd call you a moron for not even doing basic research, but I'll just sort of imply it this time.
Good luck.
>>33463704
Oh, and extra mags will run you $75-90.
I just saw one on either cincinnati or columbus armslist (cant remember which city). It might be worth contacting him and seeing if he'll ship
Anyone have a recipe for home made grenades?

If you're stupid enough to not fix your rifle you deserve it.
>design flaw in a rifle half a century old
What was the purpose of this thread?
that is not the trained way to load US M1 Garand Rifle.
Hey /k/. Usually lurk but I plan on getting my first gun soon. I've always wanted an AK pattern rifle, but I'm not quite a rich fellow. Atlantic Arms is having a sale on Riley Defense AKs. Have any of you owned/fired them? Would it be worth my 500$?
>>33462949
No need to shoot one. They use cast front trunnions. Spend a little more and get a vepr.
>>33462949
Literal garbage
Try an AR
it would behoove you not to cheap out here. another few hundred dollars and you can get a decent rifle that will outlast you. this is one of those cases where you should spend more money and not just settle for whats attainable now.
*clogs your barrel*
Also, so a thread doesn't get wasted, gun-related retardation/autism general
>>33462457
You already wasted a thread, get fucked.
Your image does remind me of that article about swaging .22 brass into .223 jackets, though.
Either way, get fucked.
>>33462485
I've seen way more pointless "humor" threads than this get over 150 replies.
Got a link, too? I'm curious now
What's a relatively easy and preferably legal way way for a tourist to the US to get hold of a gun? I'm British if that makes a difference
Buy one.
>>33461999
How can I legally do that? Assuming a regular gun store wouldn't sell me one?
You could try a private sale.
So I ordered this bad boy today. I'm hearing a lot of good about it, but what are your guys' opinions on it?
I got the Z-5RS because I intend to SBR it in the future. I wanted something that was very compatible with mp5 aftermarket parts. The only downside I know of is that it had to come from a turkish factory. I'd have rather bought American if possible.
Anyone have an opinion on these guys?
>>33461879
you didn't tell us how much you spent
> I'd have rather bought American if possible.
It literally was and it was literally cheaper

Thanks for supporting Turkey and terrorism.
>>33461879
Mine has ran flawlessly and made a wonderful SBR. There is no such thing as an American MP5 short of kit builds (which are rebuilt Germans).
I have made accurate hits at 200m on steel using just the sling.

What country has the best modern dress uniform, and why is it Romania?
nothing can beat dress blue alphas. absolute panty droppers.
Interesting. How are the Romanian armed forces overall?
>>33461529
From the Wikipedia article:
>Following the Romanian Revolution, due to shortage of funds, many units were disbanded and much equipment was phased out. Likewise, Romanian military capability declined because of a lack of fuel as well as training. However, since the late 1990s, a number of positive changes have come about and the level of combat readiness is growing greatly; since 1996, the military budget has grown more than four times - rising from 636 million dollars to 2.8 billion dollars in 2007. Conscription has been abolished and professionalisation has been completed.
/k/ do you ever think of eating the gun?
Nah, they don't taste good.
>>33461411
I have in the past
I don't anymore. I really considered it a few times when I was in the Navy

I was just wondering given that a lot of people on here are depressed and no gf and shit. Having a super easy access to the most painless way to do it 24/7 must occur to your mind at least sometimes.
handguard just will not fit, any suggestions, tips of tricks?
bought this piece from vz58.com
>>33461355
there is always a small gap and no amount of force can move it a bit.... not with even a hammer
>>33461355
is the roll pin hole lined up? if so, you're stuck with that cosmetic flaw.
otherwise, figure out what it is hanging up on and slowly remove material until the holes line up.
>>33461355
Looks fine to me. Is it attached securely?
Look up reviews on Google for your sheriff office.
Post good ones.
https://www.yelp.com/biz/chicago-police-department-chicago
None of it is particularly interesting really.
Huh, I forgot about that thing. I didn't live here at the time but there are tons of reviews like this.
>>33461252
Huh...
Picked this up last month for a buck 30. When I fired it off first time it shot fine second time it kept misfiring and had to recock it. And also noticed it would expelled the next bullet with the casing sometimes too. Anyone have any solutions to the problem I am having.
No one has any ideas?

Yah. you bought a fucking piece of shit offbrand gun. The fuck were you expecting?
>>33461944
>off brand
Dude who made this gun founded kale-tech. This is the first gun to ever use polymers. I thought /k/ was supposed to know shit.
Ok /k/
I'm looking to buy a handgun of some sort (not a revolver). It'll be my first, and I'm looking to stay under $550. I've asked at some gunshops locally, and they all tried to push the revolver meme on me because I'm a grill.
What should I buy?
Glock 19, Sig p320 compact, walther ppq. Basically start with a plastic wonder nine, and you'll be ok.
>>33461108
Welp, since it's your first I'm probably gonna go ahead and suggest a glock. They are simple, affordable (550 or below used) and should work every time you use it. If that's not really your style, I would personally go for a used beretta 92 for roughly 300 bucks. Maybe throw a new locking block in there replace the barrel and call it like new.
>>33461108
They probably recommended that because some women can't operate the slides of certain semi autos. I suggest a sig 238.
