It is Omaha beach, 6th June 1944.

You are the 21 years old private of the German Wehrmacht Heinrich Severloh. You already see the American landing ships reaching your beach and about to unload their infantry that will storm your beach and burn you and your comrades alive.

You sit in the Widerstandsnest-62 (resistance nest/MG-foxhole), preparing to fight for your life and suddenly your trusty MG-42 disappears.

Instead, God appears and lets you chose ANY non-cannon, non-nuke weapon with unlimited ammo, condition is that you have to remain in your nest for the rest of the day and resist the allied beach assault.

Which weapon would you chose to stay alive and fight back the invasion?

Am I the only one who thinks an AK-47 is a piece of junk? I rarely jam on my AR, even if its dirty, and the AK has horrible handling, the safety is a bit dodgy too. Id take an M4 or an AR-15 over an Ak anyday

Well i fucked myself. I swear to god I'm autistic as fuck. I stripped the shit out of the mounting screw for my buis and have been trying to get it out for 8 fucking hours. I've tried fucking everything and now I've resorted to using super glue and a hex key or an allan wrench? WHATEVER THE FUCK THIS GOD DAMN THING IS. What the hell do i do if this doesn't work? This is my 3rd attempt with the glue.

Please tell me I'm not the only one who has done this.

When watching the newest InRange video on the lever action concept, a though occurred to me: What would .30 Carbine look like out of a lever action? With some hotter powder to it or just a little longer of a case, ballistics could be comparable to a more modern or more powerful round, while having a thinner profile to assist in ballistics compared to the big heavy pistol rounds that others fire.

I'm looking for official army manuals or tips about urban and semi urban area.
Especially for precision shooter operator in scouting and covering.

Its basically common sense but there are surely frequent mistakes or things to take care of to take advantage.

As the title says, what gun should I get? I own an ak74 and a Mosin nagant as well as a Remington Over Under shotgun (can't remember the model). I have around $1000 with a little lee way (like $250) and I am basically looking at a PTR 91, FN FAL from DS Arms, POF AR-15, or VEPR 12.

During a conversation today with a Cabelas gun library clerk I mentioned that I was looking to buy a handgun and wanted to know what a good price for a 1911 was. He was going to show me a RIA, when I mentioned I was 19 so I couldn't handle the handguns in store. He informed me that federal law states it's a felony for anyone under 21 to possess a handgun. I told him that (my state's) law is that 18 year olds can open carry so that couldn't be right. He reaffirmed that if I bought a gun ftf as I was planning, or even had one at a range (without a parent or legal guardian) I would be breaking the law. This can't be true can it?
