I'm pretty sure constructive intent isn't even a written legal term anyway, it's just something the ATF can argue when they're trying to prove possession of components = possession of or plans of making illegal device. The law isn't just black and white, evidence is just the other half to context and if you really think you couldn't be prosecuted or have your gun license or w/e revoked by the police for planning to build illlegal suppressors then well... you need to think again.

Who the fuck said that. I fire warning shots constantly in my line of work and 90% of the time it works. Either to reveal an actual threat or dissuade possible combatants from engaging.

'warning shots' are retarded when it's police or a civilian doing it because I mean... the point is not to shoot someone, just to 'scare them off'? then what the fuck are you shooting at? someone's property, other people? one of the most basic rules of safety is "be sure of your target and what lies behind it", just because you're intentionally missing the bad guy doesn't mean you're missing anything else, discharging a firearm outside of a controlled environment with other people anywhere in front of the muzzle is inherently fucking dangerous

Warning shots are more of a naval tradition.

Not wanting to be an ass, but they are all used for hunting, by default. Hunting success is then another thing, that said, no one is preventing you to try.

There are these two things always present for all hunters

Nothing wrong with a semiauto 223 with good designated hunting rounds. A deer will drop on it's feet once you know where to put the bullet.

Shield 9mm is what I would choose for a CC, a good reliable weapons that could be lost, stole, confiscated.

The Glock is good if you upgrade everything. The shield could also be upgraded to the same level as the upgraded glock for less $$$.
