Not also using their fuzzy hides to make blankets
A friend found it a time ago in his yard, and I searched for it and i didn't found anything.
>>33770326
It would appear to be a coach gun of some sort. The pistol grip is strange.
>>33770326
you're probably correct in that it's a riot gun or a strange flare gun
I wanna buy a gun for self defence /k/, but I like in the UK. what can I actually buy that I can defend myself with?
Please post your top UK self defence weapons with names, my friends think the same thing so we are all kinda looking. Thanks for the support guys!
OP Here, OP can't spell for shit
>>33770309
Get a shotgun but be prepared to spread your cheeks if you are ever forced to use it to defend yourself.
>>33770309
Build a potato gun and load it with shrapnel
But honestly there isnt much you can do in terms of firearms except a shotgun but the law will screw you if you use it in self defence

Thoughts, /k/?
Scratches an itch but looks really fucking generic and the devs seemed a bit SJW-y.

Haven't bought a CoD game in 4 years since I switched to PC.
If I want the full CoD experience again of being called a faggot by 12 year olds will I need to buy a console?
>>33770436
Aren't many 12 year olds on PC, but this should be well optimized for it. Advanced Warfare was and it's by the same guys, Sledgehammer.
Oh sweet about fucking time hope it isn't more D-Day-
>It's another Americans in Normandy episode
It's like they forgot why people got sick of ww2 games before in the first place.
So, I've got an interest in guns, and of course, being English I've never fired one, but a while ago I found this walking the dog, wondering if anybody could tell me anything about it, and what it could have been shot from.
To me it looks like weird size, to small to be a rifle round, and automatic and pistols are a rarity in England to say the least, so, what is it.
Bottom says F. N. M (a bankrupt Portuguese company) and 82-10.

I'm looking at getting a new muzzle device.
Anybody have any experience with the VG6 line of products? Specifically deciding between the Epsilon and Gamma.
Clone autism is worse than ak fags with cats, please stop building clones.
I picked this up at the flea market today for $260. It is all matching including the dust cover and has an airplane sight. I know nothing about these things but jumped at it just based on a wild guess. My only real concern is the shineyness of the stock. However, I THINK this is early war because of the steel stock so maybe they had time back then to include lacquer on the stock. How bad did I get jewed?

sounds like a great deal, /k/omrade

any idea on the actual value of this rifle?
In your opinion, what country has consistently made extremely viable firearms?
Belgium
Some might say the Germans, but they've made their fair share of stupid junk over the years
I would say America, Germany and Russia in no particular order.
America: made the revolver practical, more or less invented the lever action, came up with the modern Simi auto pistol
Germany: very high quality and sophisticated designs as far back as the match lock, first mass-produced breach loader, invented the modern bolt action, the first assault rifle, and roller delayed blowback
Russia: questionable quality but most of their design are solid and reliable.
Balgium > Germany > Austria(Hungary) > US.A. > France / U.K.
So my summer job is giving me $2000 extra for moving expenses. After gas I'll hav like $1960 left.
What do I buy? I turn 21 like a week before I start.
Save half, build AR or buy Arsenal AK with the rest
>>33768883
>Save half
Good man.
What do you already have OP?
>>33768883
Already built an AR, I'm thinking a handgun since my only one right now is a ruger mark 3... not really ideal for HD
As for saving half, desu I'd rather save at least half.
Is anyone here English?
Looking for advice on joining a shooting club, I'd like to learn how to target shoot and get my own rifle down the line
>>33768834
Google your local range then give them a phone call, its as easy as that. If you cannot even be arsed to do that then call your nearest gunshop and ask them for the number.
>>33768834
IMO if you're too stupid to just google it you shouldn't be allowed to own a rifle in the first place.
Seek club and contact them.
Consider joining the Reserve in some capacity. You'll basically get paid for extra range time and you'll get to know other shooters.
I have no idea if they still let you keep private guns in the armoury (guys who lived in apartments and council houses used to) but regardless it's worth considering.
Hi /k/ I'm just about to start hunting, I've been at local hunting club for a while and am considering on getting my first gun, I've already got a license and would like to get your guys opinions on this.
(I'm from Finland btw)
Ostaa tikka T3. Se on todella hyvä
Get a new Tikka if you want a new gun, most bang for your buck but if your budget is tight get a husqvarna(If they are as available as they are in Sweden), tikka or sako those brands never gets old if they are maintained.
Any surplus bolt action can kill most anything on the planet for dirt cheap, and resale value only goes up.
It begins.

Look at this pre-war Colt 1911. Really look at it; drink it in. Deep lustrous blue, clean checkering... wait, what's that? Do you see it?
>>33768641
It's chambered in .38 according to the paper under the gun.
Still worse than a Hi Power
>>33768641
What? The advertising insert for a .38 caliber version?

I know that the ideal shotgun for HD is 12 gauge, but hypothetically, would a 20 gauge shotgun be acceptable for HD?

Yes
Plate armor doesn't restrict your mobi-

>>33768561
FITTED plate doesn't restrict mobility.
You'd need to tailor the armor to the wearers proportions to get the full effect.
we better get out and tell those fencers they're doing it wrong
and conversely, Doctor Daniel Jaquet, a Senior lecturer of the Department of History, University of Geneva and a former lecturer at the Max Planck Institute for the History of Science, Berlin, has done biomechanical studies of armour and its mobility, and the conclusive result of that are that, properly fitted, for the actions needed for fighting, plate harnesses do *not* impair mobility.
there are reductions in flexion, in torso mobility and putting arms above the shoulder... but not in any ways which are regularly repeated in actual use.
