Are the Swiss prepared to fight the EU marching in to seize their guns?
>>33777618
Best of luck guys, wishing you well from Colorado.
Was this just a cosmetic design idea to cut open the dust cover/slide on the 92 series, making it standout amongst other semi autos or is there some real reasons for doing so, less weight comes to mind, greater cooling of the barrel under extensive use. I dont see much more to it.
On a negative side you no longer have a real dust cover, dirt can be tracked in under dusty sandy conditions and the barrel is exposed to being damaged if dropped, not much protection from rain either.
So why go with this distinctive look when no over manufacture follows it.
Why are there hardly any videos, pictures or any sources on the beretta 92fs with a full dust cover?
Beretta plagiarized a bunch from the P-38 to make the 92's.
cause it looks cool
>>33777594
>the barrel is exposed to being damaged if dropped
You would really have to hammer the shit out of it on rocks to do anything, to the point where the slide would be warped anyway
So I bought a mosin... how do I get rid of it?
>>33777543
I could take it off your hands.

sounds like you're in need of a tragic boating accident my dude

I'm looking to buy an AUG or at least price one out, but I'm incredibly confused since it seems there's a million options
I'm trying to sift different pages but again, it's all less than available
I'd love to have pic related but I can't seem to find a place to get the original optic and they have that horrendous picatinny rail on the newest ones
Anyone know what I can do?
I'd also like it to take original AUG mags instead of AR mags
Pls halp AUG anons
>>33777392
oh and if anyone has a line on a 20 inch barrel with a bipod as well that'd be awesome

>only option is a 24 inch
I though it was 20?
Alright here is an idea I have: Do you know what will sell? I think that I know something that will sell? Something that meets the following criteria:
1.Is gun
2.Will fire
3.Is as cheap to make as possible
How would I go about making this a reality and what would it look like?
>>33777336
cheap striker fired guns and ARs tailored to the newguns demographic are the best selling guns in America
>>33777336
Change your name to George Jennings, build cheapshit for Jose and Tyrone.
>>33777336
>How would I go about making this a reality and what would it look like?
start making shitty AR parts with a fancy name/logo and it will sell
Anyone here do their own casting? 44 mag is too pricey to keep buying factory ammunition and shoot as often as I want
Also reloading general
>>33777225
I cast 300 blk and 458 socom then powder coat, I shoot them suppressed and subsonic. Same reason as you, paying 50c for subsonic 300 is BS. Worse is paying $1.80 for a supersonic 458.
How do you guys get your lead? buy them in bags o shot or go to scrap yards?
>>33777311
Does powder coating them prevent fouling?
>TFW ywn own a mini-BRRRRT

I wonder how low you can get the fire rate and it still work?
I want to mow down home intruders with a slow chunka chunka hose of 556 at the flick of a switch
>>33777215
Yes, I finally get to recreate my childhood. But there's no evil robot army to kill :(
Suggestions?
>>33777215
how much it weighs? and with ammo?
Are guns obsolete against aircraft?
>>33777167
not guns that shoot guided missiles.
>>33777167
Not when it's on a plane. Though you really should stick with missiles.

>Not when it's on a plane.
Guns only accounted for like 5% of kills even in Vietnam.
So I sold my beat up pitted k31 for 500(50 dollar profit) and got another k31 for 450 total.
It's in emasculate condition.
I'd say the bluing is 85 to 90 percent.
The stock is also in really good condition.
And the rifling, the rifling is pristine.
The throat grooves are super sharp and thick, and so is the end of the barrel.
I'll take a photo.
It's a 1943 walnut model all matching.
>emasculate condition
I didn't know you had to neuter rifles.
>>33777080
*immaculate*
Also I think California has such a requirement.
>>33777096
touche.
That said this latest round goes beyond neutering. Staying off the registry and legal means making a transrifle.
So, we know that North Korea is capable of putting something into orbit by way of their Unha-3 rockets, They did it before but the satellite was dead and about as useful as an inflatable anchor, but what would happen if they decided to launch a nothing but a payload of gravel? How would the world respond to the loss of God knows how many satellites?
>>33776985
Space is yuge. Gravel is small. There's more empty space around Earth Orbit. We'll manage. Plus unpowered rocks tend to fall back to Earth sooner or later.
>>33777056
Sprayed at the right altitude and orbit it could be devastating.

http://www.military.com/daily-news/2017/03/21/chief-army-will-need-smaller-units-for-megacity-combat.html
>The Army's chief of staff said Tuesday that in about 10 years, the service must be ready to fight in megacities, a type of warfare that will require future units to resemble today's special operations forces.
>Speaking at the Future of War Conference 2017 hosted by New America in Washington, D.C., Gen. Mark Milley said that the character of warfare will likely go through a fundamental shift over the next decade.
>The world's population is steadily moving toward living in megacities. Currently, there are about a dozen of these huge urban areas with populations of more than 10 million. By mid-century, "we are going to have at least 50 or more," Milley said.
How would you organize fighting units for megacity combat?
>>33776919
Don't, shell the shit out of it and blockade supplies; after a month any hostiles will surrender.
Storming the gates of a city has been, and will always be, less preferable than sieges.
>>33776919
>How would you organize fighting units for megacity combat?
Carpet bomb the absolute shit out of them for a month, then send in the troops.
>>33776987
Enjoy the sewers.
And why did production stop in the 60s? Can we have a new production run of them?
>>33776910
Carries a lot of shit.
>>33776910
>carries a lot of shit
>pretty reliable
Why would it not?
>>33776910
Not many innovations towards the "carrying things" part of innovation have been made since then. It's all about upgrading avionics: the C-130 is in a similar situation where the airframe design has remained unchanged yet they equip it with increasingly spohisticated equipment.
Why did the Germans get so butthurt about shotguns during ww1? It's not like they were a completely different thing than what was currently on the battlefield, unlike poison gas and flamethrowers.

They didn't, it's a meme and you fell for it.
