Sup /k/, my best friend's brother recently just bought a Taurus model 66 in .357 magnum and was made in the 1980's with minimal rust on it and everything looks in good condition.
I however hear a pretty shit reputation about Taurus. For example, people question the effectiveness of the Judge, their semi auto pistols, in fact I've seen instances of Taurus pistols discharging just by shaking them, and then Taurus customer service is a joke, i hear it's so bad that it makes Century Arms customer service sound like a godsend.
What's your opinion on Taurus and their products?

There has been the myth that STOBAR carriers cant launch aircrafts with useful payloads. Well, this is wrong.
Here, we see a J-15 prototype taking off from the ski jump of the Liaoning Aircraft Carrier.
It carries two YJ-83K Anti ship missiles, each weighting 715kg, as well as two PL-8 Short range air to air missiles, weighting 115kg each. This is the minimum strike load out of this large carrier fighter. With over 20 knots wind over deck, it would be able to carry much more.
If we just change out the two anti ship missiles, together weighting more than 1.4 tons, and instead load BVRAAMs for air superiority /CAP missions, we can have a very well armed J-15.
Each PL-12 weights 180kg, wich means that the fighter carries eight (8) PL-12 BVRAAMs, as well as those two PL-8s it retained.
This is a about as many BVRAAM that the Super Hornet usually would carry on a CAP mission, if not more (six AIM-120s usually).
So, where does this meme come from? Salty Burgers?
CONCLUSION: Ski Jumps are quite OK.

Like the title suggest, post and discuss tanks, planes, helicopters etc. That are off or rare or just prototypes.

Anybody has some info on Panther ausf F? The only thing i've been able to dig up is some photos and info that it may or may not have taken part in combat. On some of those photos the gun has muzzle brake and on some don't, anybody can tell why?
Can anybody tell me where was ausf F assembled? How many models were built? Did it took part in combat or was it destroyed after Russians or allies caputred it?
