So I'm assembling a AR 15 for a small (4 foot 11) female friend, she has no experience with firearms and i do not currently have the ability to get her acquainted with firearms and get information about her shooting style (ei what bad habits she may have, her arm strength etc etc)
I'm thinking a pdw lower with a conversion insert for 9mm magazines and a 9mm upper, but i've never assembled a 9mm lower, so i've been looking up alot of informaiton on pdw stocks...
well long story short, how do you guys build ar for smaller shooters?
ultra light with a properly tuned gas system?(which is what i'm thinking) or what?

Help me fellow Senpai
I get range anxiety and get self conscious to shoot in front of people at the range which in turn makes my hands kinda shake and throws me all over the the target.
Because of this I always end up talking myself out of going shooting and end up watching Youtube shooting videos with jealoush.
Needless to say my practice isnt up to par and feel embarrassed at my accuracy or lack thereof.
Has anyone ever delt with this? Id rather go outside and shoot but I'm not sure where to go.
Does it get better thr more you do it?

been saving up for a Bren 805 S1. gonna pick it up next week!!
I'm excited. Any of you guys have one of these? What do you think of them?
Also trying to decide on a pistol.... Part of me wants to get a P01 and set it up as a SAO with some sexy wood grips and a nice match tirgger/hammer. The P07 is cool too, but I heard that the SAO on it isn't as good as a P01 conversion.
