Check these things out. The Iraqi army claims they are home made rocket launchers being used by ISIS.
Can anyone identify the materials? Do you think they actually work.
>literally building guns out of scrap
>ISIS ork status confirmed
Probably the ancient mystical art of a "plastic tube" with "simple electronics" and "printed instructions"

Saved, so far I've managed to get my hands on every photo of these I can find. These threads derail pretty quickly with claims of conspiracy, but I tend not to care about such inconsequential details.
My money is on the launchers being a reversed engineered Matador that was "acquired" during the IDF's last incursion into Palestine by Hamas. The plans from this were probably emailed to ISIS and next thing you know, Caliphate Launcher. I mean Mosul is a pretty good sized town, it wouldn't be that difficult to make something like this with the resources available.
One thing I've noticed is that the tan ones have a shorter tube than the green. It makes me think that this signify's a warhead difference. Did you find a new video of them firing? The ones I've seen make me think it is a recoiless launcher, some vids have a plume of smoke a la the RPG-2 but others show a very clean burn, not sure if it's a design difference or poor chemistry or both.
got this 1300 defender for $250 at a flea market yesterday
I don't care what anybody says, Winchester shotguns a best.
Nice find anon, more pics?
What did you buy it for? Hunting? HD? Just cause?

Good choice, the 1200/1300 are highly underrated. They're hidden gem tier.
Too bad they discontinued the 1300 for the T*rkshit SXP
Add some little stamped steel inserts to strengthen the receiver and i'd say that it's a pretty damn good gun. Right now it seems kinda fragile. Dat 5lbs weight tho.

Looks fuckin hot
I love space gats
>>33970342
It's cheap though, Hi-point cheap. But without the ugly.
yea dogg, dis a brothas thread now. Ayo, who else gots a glock 40?
Are they a viable option in Europe? Which model would work best?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4B2a6l6wM2k
I read somewhere the rate of fire is about 3 shots minute which isn't so bad. They can also be loaded with rock salt as a less lethal option.
Someone post the greentext.

Funny but you can't deny a muzzleloader is the ultimate survival weapon, much more suited to a SHTF situation than any fancy modern firearm for which you'd eventually run out of ammo.
Is Oregon a pro fun state? Any cities like NYC that differ from state law? Is Portland ok for owning guns? Any Oregon bros want to let me know if their state is worth living in? Might be moving to Portland next year for work.
Is it better than Washington state for gun owners?

Pretty close to best of both worlds, legal weed and good healthcare along with relatively lax gun laws...as of now. With such a left-leaning government which has been integral in doing reasonable things like accessible healthcare and legal weed, I wouldn't be surprised if retarded gun laws started popping up.
Fewer mass shootings = fewer gun regs, thanks to the way society/media/gov works now.

How about ranges to shoot at? Hunting any good there?
Was looking to pick up my first 22lr after avoiding everything in the caliber for the 3 years I've been into shooting. I've heard these are bretty good. thoughts?
>>33969896
I have the 455 evolution, its a good dependable, accurate .22lr bolt gun, that when has a silencer fitted, is stupidly quiet.
i have the standard one, its nice
>buttery smooth bolt
>tack driver
>great trigger
>reliable as fuck even with the goofy 25 round magazine
It's probably my favorite .22 lr rifle I have besides my .22 BSA Martini Target rifle.
So everyone knows about Vietnam war era helmet art. But do modern forces stil decorate helmet covers? Post some pics of modern helmet art, OC is always welcome.

It's not allowed anymore. At least in the US. I stuck a large feather behind my kevlar I found at Bridgeport. Tucked it into my cat eyes. Walked around calling myself Tanto. Everyone thought it was funny, my platoon Sgt did not.
buddy talked about how everyone but the US troops in Afghanistan decorated their helmets, said the Poles had small P anchors and checker boards drawn on the back of their helmets and vehicles
You get issued a helmet cover from supply that goes on your helmet, wear cat eye band around that and a mount for NVGs. Some units are authorized/required to sew their unit patch onto the side (I've only seen 4th ID do this but I'm sure others do). That's pretty much it, for Army anyway. Don't know what Marines do.
It's that time again

Cross dominance is some serious fucking bullshit, it's like god saying "oh you like shooting huh? Well fuck you!"
>>33969757
how can i tell tho what am i supposed to be looking for in the pic
>>33969782
I write left handed and I'm left eye dominant but whenever I go shooting I always end up shooting right handed. I don't find it that big an issue, it's not that hard to focus from another eye.
Just got done watching Red Dawn, this movie is fucking amazing. And it reminds me why we have a 2nd amendment, because no country is stupid enough to invade America.

Did you watch the new one? As in no Patrick Swayze or Charlie Sheen?
If so, you probably aren't even trolling. But you managed to make me angry. God damnit kids NO.
I just found this in my grandpa's old belongings.
I don't know much about guns cuz strict gun control in my country.
What kind of gun it is? What model?
Is it good for self-defense?
Or just give me a quick rundown on it pls

1928 Smith & Wesson assault revolver, highly illegal.
So why exactly russians didn't uprise against Stalin after German invasion?
I never understand this.
It obvious that germans expected this to happend, even Hitler talk about this.
I know about barrier squads and gulags, but is it really possible to fight a war only because your soldiers fear their own officers more that enemy?
>>33969627
your thread makes no sense
because the Germans treated them like garbage. the death rate of soviet POW's in German captivity was horrendous. the soviets fought hard because of fear of reprisals from officers, and the fact that the Germans were destroying their homeland. its not that hard to understand.
>>33969627
Had the Nazis been a little less hardcore about the "Exterminate all subhuman Slav vermin" thing, Ukrainians alone could've turned the tide on the eastern front. Fact is, the Germans were cruel and vicious even when it didn't serve them.
Why this rifle did not succeed?
>>33969611
It's not a comfortable gun to shoot, and it's original stock was solid
Other than that, got me
>>33969611
>>33969611
I'm a no guns but I hear because Remington bought it up, fucked it up, then promised a bunch of barrel conversion kits and never delivered.
So in the end you had a bulky ruined concept which nobody really wanted nor needed, or could use because gues what, no conversion kits.
Atleast I think that's what up

Minimal increase in benefits for a massive increase in cost.
Cleaning out an old computer and came across a photo I'd always mentioned I used to have from the Indiana SWAT Challenge a few years ago where Tim worked the IWI booth. I was called a liar and a faggot, and a faggot again, but I managed to find the picture.
He rolled up in his Jeep that he had plastered his logo on the side of yet nobody seemed to know/care who he was - again this was a few years back so he's gotten bigger since then. He was parked under an IWI flag as well (one of those advertising flags that stick straight up and are like a foot wide) however I didn't even think to get it in frame, because at the time it wasn't even a rumor that he had ever "accepted one red cent" from IWI.
I took the picture because I did recognize him as I subbed to him back when his channel was good. Shortly thereafter the shilling became super obvious and he started getting called on it. I kept posting in those threads that somewhere I had a picture of him working - not talking to the workers - but HE was working the IWI booth.
Here's a picture of the flag, his jeep is parked right next to it.
>>33969442
It's funny, Tim is back to running an AR-15 again despite the fact that he shilled the fuck out of the Tavor.
Here's his Jeep, you can tell from the building in the background that it's the same place as the flag.

Is the Banshee still the best budget plate carrier, or is there something better? I've been out of the loop for a while, and my plates are sitting around gathering dust for 2 years with no carrier.
