Adequately rated post
I really want a pistol, particularly a Makarov, but I'm under 21 and live in Nevada, which is a great state for guns except for the fact that the killjoy cocksuckers down in Las Vegas recently got prop 1 through which banned private sales.
The only option I can think of now is to build one with an 80% frame. The only 80% pistol frames I could find online are for 1911s and Glocks, which are both meme guns that I don't care for much. Are there any 80%s for Makarovs, or anything that's not 1911/Glock out there?
Okay guys I'm not here.

Check out Cabela's.
Century recently released Bulgarian Makarovs for about $350-370.

It was, till Magic deus vult ex-machina and magic stone fish could shoot lasers.
I digged the glider fighters tho.
I always did wonder if rorke got away with selling the tech to the kaiser how ww1 would've turned out
People dont seem to realise that rorke's soldiers had almost zero qualms about mowing down an ancient civilization for a payday that may or may not happen. They were silent the entire time, and with the gas masks they probably brought chlorine gas.
Those guys were hardcore.
10 shots at 10 yards.
Best group of the day.
I like the p-10

Why the P-10 over the superior polymer firearms in it's price range like P320, SP2022, Glock 19/17/34, etc?
>>34055601
The sigs are inferior, Glock has merit but doesn't really fit my hand. Canik SF is possibly a better trigger but that's like buying a Hyundai.
Show us that cool new thing you got.
Here's my tiger, won it at an auction.

What does /k/ think of wood furniture on modern weapon platforms?
Seems like it would be ascetic as hell, bit something about it seems..... off
>>34055119
Oh, and ignore the branding, I just grabbed this of the internet
>>34055119
I don't mind it on most. Wood furniture ARs are golden.
I fucking love it. It looks sexy.
That being said, I hate actually using it. Anyone here who actually goes innawoods knows wood is a hitch and always gets scratched up.
I intent to travel to the US in Fall or Spring.
As I live in germany without the time and money for a shooting club, I want to use the occasion to experience some lead based Freedom.
Any tips ?
Locations, states, general or other.
Thx
dont go to the east or west coast
texas is nice but hot and people will get mad at you for going slow even though youre going 70 in a 50 mph zone

Outside of Portland and Eugene, Oregon is a free state as far as guns are concerned, tons of ranges and public land to shoot on, most people outside of Portland are armed and even in Portland most people are armed, its a beautiful state that does a good job at containing all the liberal horseshit to Portland and Eugene

I hope that continues. I'm about to gamble the rest of my life on it.

BEES!
I fucking hate bees, I'm pretty sure I'm highly allergic to them (also, I just don't plain like them) and there's a bee hive in my back yard right fucking now.
But I still don't know, is it a good idea to shoot the damn thing with my shotgun at close range to get rid of them?
yes. yes it is.
>>34054518
If it's wasps/hornets just use those giant spray cans that have like 30 foot range
If it's honeybees kill yourself
Alternatively call a bee keeper if honey bees as well
>>34054518

>If you don't own a Glock you aren't serious about owning firearms
>If the magazine release isn't exactly where John Moses Browning intended it to be then I want no part in that weapons system
>Why would anyone need ambidextrous controls learn to shoot the "right" way haha
>The AR is the only rifle platform you need, all others are obsolete
>If you don't own an AR you aren't serious about firearms
>The AR is--WAIT WHY IS THERE NO INNOVATION IN THE FIREARMS INDUSTRY, WEAPON DESIGN HAS COME TO A STANDSTILL
Prove me wrong that Glock and AR fags aren't the cause of the lack of innovation.
Just putting it out there i like single stack european style service pistols with heel releases like the Beretta 51
The lack of innovation is due to firearms as a whole hitting a plateau.

What are you making?
Visited my uncle last weekend and he showed me this browning recoil operated 12 ga.
How did I not know this was a thing? Anyone have any experience with them? How do they feel?
Pic related, not his but the same model
>>34053457
Recoil-operated shotguns are my thing. But that one, the Auto-5, is a piece of shit.
The best recoil-operated shotgun is the Remington 11-48. Self adjusting for all loads, more streamlined, lighter, lower percieved recoil, better pointing.... just better in every single way.
>>34053457
Great guns. I inherited my granddad's 20 gauge light magnum, and it's a sweetheart for upland birds. Light and maneuverable with fast follow up shots.
They vary widely in value. Lightweight and magnum models bring more money as do the less common 16 and 20 gauge models (meaning mine is pretty valuable).
Definitely a gun worthy of being an heirloom.
>>34053457
i have one, Browning Auto 5 light weight, made by FN Belgium during their latest production around 2000 - 2004
mine was original light weight modified by FN, light wood stock and grip, different receiver, 1kg long barrel and short barrel, not chambered in 12ga magnum, smooth bore and 3 rounds max instead of 5
the recoil feels really different from any other rifles, because of the moving barrel, the weight of the barrel itself push you and pull you in a very short time, but when you get used to it you can fire that gun without any problem
there's even a version of it with integrated recoil compensator on the barrel but i've heard it's very rare
Out of the way peasants.

Pretty sure those engines only lasted 24 hours of use and were super expensive to replace.
I dig the 4 30mm nose cannons though
I just bought a Sig P320 FOR 570$
did I fuck up?
Yee, depends really. Gun show had them at $400-$450.
